Beware if you can’t afford to give a referral bonus of at least 30% of the order value. This app will not work for you! The least you can work with is a one year contract. So, be very careful and remember that you cannot cancel in between. The support is non existent after the initial installation. Friendbuy team made false promises in terms of the ROAS expected and got us into a 6 month contract (we had negotiated hard for a 6 month contract). We had asked for an early cancellation given that we are a small business, but they didn’t agree. They might meet their sales targets this way, but hurting small businesses this way is not good for them in the long run. The only reason for an extra star is because their software is pretty decent in its functionality, but certainly overpriced.

Our team is quickly able to create segments from your app (custom segments based on filters), exporting them to Google ads and running ads. The good thing is that when the segment gets updated the audience is dynamically synced to google so we Dont need to re-upload the lists continuously. Also, we have triggered some email campaigns when people are added to lists like at risk loyals, churned loyals, active loyals etc ., So, I get to hear great feedback from our customers which is helping us fix issues and streamline processes.

I'm currently trying the product labels and badges app for Shopify. In general, the app is friendly to users and has many interesting features. This app also provides VIP support service for all customers. I contacted BSS to get support as I have some questions about the features. Nice Explanation, everything they explained very well...A good job always. I asked them for Positioning the badge & Jena helped me. There are a few things to say about Jena, she handled my issue pretty quickly and explained everything to me thoroughly. To evaluate the app is quite easy to use, I can almost install it easily through the user guide is written quite detailed, however, I still wish they develop more features and more stickers available in the future. I will definitely try the app on my other stores. Concluding that the app is worth using and above all good support service for all customers. Recommend! Thanks Jena and the team again fo the help. This app is very useful for uploading the products in bulk from various sellers. The support team is very very prompt. I faced a problem in setting up the CSV file the team reacted to my concern and fixed the issue with in hrs.
