We haven't had any major issues, tons of packages have been replaced or refunded, and the revenue share is basically free money.
Once you are signed up, the customer support disappears completely. I got a new device, cannot login via MFA, and their solution is for me to contact support, which requires MFA authorization. This app is not user friendly and the support is awful.

Great Value. We use it to schedule vapor delivery all over the Dallas Ft. Worth Metroplex and it seamlessly integrates with our store. Our plan includes a signature option which is a legal requirement for our type of business.
We were concerned about ROI because this is not an inexpensive application. However, it more than pays for itself by boosting conversion, we have been over six figures monthly ever since adding this.
