We integrated Growave into our store three years ago and we couldn't be happier with their continual upgrades, top notch customer service and intuitive software. They seamlessly replaced multiple apps we used, including loyalty programs, referrals, rewards, reviews, and wishlist functionalities, etc. It is all in this APP and backed by a customer team that always responds to our emails ASAP. Highly professional, articulate communication, quick execution and very patient with customers. I am so pleased with this app and the extra service that was provided in customizing the app for our site. I highly recommend this app!
If you need help communicating shipping dates in a clear and aesthetically pleasing way to your customers, you should use this App. The staff worked quickly to install the App on our site, fixing all coding issues they encountered due to our complex theme and other Apps. Their professionalism is impressive and the App works just as we hoped.
I am thrilled with this app and the customer service. I experienced a coding issue caused by another app that was not allowing collection pages to load on the site. James quickly responded and Charles quickly went out of his way to find a solution. Great communication and service!

Still setting up my store, and after initially paying for another search app, I made the decision to try Instant Search. Their aesthetic really suits my type of store, and the custom settings provide you with so many options. I am new to all of this, and am so happy I found this app.
