I’ve had this app for over a year and customer service has been terrible. The app stopped sending customer updates and it automatically changed my stock levels. No chat support or email response in months so I’m gonna drop them. DON’T upload this app!
The app has all the features we wanted. It was very easy to install, and the support team is excellent, with a very fast response time.
Super product - saves me for hours of launch work. And their support (in this case Jeff) is more than outstanding. He went beyond to help me! An amazing - and rare - experience.
The app works great, but more importantly, the support is out-of-this-world amazing - even while I was on the trial version. They've made multiple adjustments to make the app work perfectly with my theme, and they're always kind and quick to respond. I wish they were the creators of every app. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Ran into a problem with this app. When you check the box on Shopify to "sell when items are out of stock", the app unchecks this box when you mark items through the app as being available again. If you're unaware that this happens then all of your stock will still be set to pre-order through Shopify and customers can't purchase them. Apps shouldn't control your store settings, so will be uninstalling and looking for something else. Took a very long time to figure out the app was causing this problem.
I can't say enough good about this app and the support! It has saved us SOOO much time, and our customers can easily understand when something is out of stock. This is a must-have app we can't live without!

I cannot begin to explain how great the company/customer service is behind this app. They have been extremely helpful with both setup and fixing an issue I ran into. If I had to compare their customer service I'd say its like AMEX.. its amazing. Great app and easy to customize/use!

Difficult to set up. No help for 24 hours or more. I gave it ONE star but the system didn't let me post the review until I changed the rating....The lack of integrity speaks out loud.

Works like a bag of shit, botched a launched of a product we were looking forward to launching and has issues when trying to access it within Shopify. Something about "Fortescue Pre-Order Sales is currently unsupported" Trying to downgrade the payment, and it's taking me to some strange coding page instead.
I am so sorry to have to leave such a negative review but unfortunately this app created numerous issues in our store: 1) first it removed the "add to cart" button from all product listings so customers couldn't buy anything at all (lost revenue) 2) Adam was helpful in fixing this issue however, I later discovered that in addition, customers were unable to purchase subscription items for several weeks (yes, weeks) because the app also broke the subscription checkout (runs separately to Shopify checkout) upon installation (even more lost revenue and we also had to pay a developer to fix this) 3) our dev found in the back end that the code included a list of every single company who has previously downloaded this app - not great for privacy 4) trying to uninstall the app was problematic. Despite following all the instructions, each time you then opened the app in shopify to delete it, it kept reinstalling the code, hence creating all the same issues all over again and making it very challenging to delete. Very disappointing, especially as I had read all the good reviews and whilst we appreciated Adam's assistance, we lost a significant amount of revenue - the issue with the app breaking the subscription checkout was unfortunately discovered during a huge promo push for subscriptions.... which customers then couldn't buy.... also impacting brand reputation. I would say if you want to install this app, make sure you get your own dev to ensure these types of issues are addressed prior to launching any pre-order products, and also keep them on hand to fix all the post-installation issues which could arise.

This has got to be one of THE WORST apps I have ever used on Shopify! Once again, a customer placed an order that should have been a pre-order, but the app was malfunctioning, yet again. I checked the app, and the majority of the toggles "Automatically Enable Pre-Order" are all switched off. I switch them back on, and 2 hours later, some of them are off again, when they should be on. I've missed sales because of this app! My customers are upset because they thought they were placing an order for an in-stock item. I have a company to run. I do not have the time to keep checking this app to make sure it is functioning properly. I don't have time to keep emailing support. I've had to email support at least 3 times due to issues with the app. I've only been using the app for less than 3 weeks. The only good thing about this app is, the support team emails me back pretty quickly. But the app was stressful for me. I decided to uninstall it. Hi Team, We are sorry to hear that you were experiencing issues with our app. Just to confirm, our feature to "Automatically Enable Pre-Order" is set with the toggle switch turned off. Only once your inventory reaches 0, this would automatically turn the toggle switch on, so there must have been some confusion around this. We have reached out to discuss any issues to help. I played around with 3 other apps before I settled on this one. The pricing is fair, the help and service is quick and informative (and they understand English), and the app looks great on my website. I look forward to other features they may introduce in the future (I would love a wishlist feature - hint), lol. But, it is great. Thank you!!
App works well, doesn't rely on same lines of code other apps do - ie that 'Continue Selling When out of Stock' checkbox.
One of the best apps for pre-orders we found so far, comparing the features and the pricing. And the support is amazing, very fast in their responses and helpful in every way.
The app works well. The back up and support from them has been amazing. They helped sort out all the set up problems over the first few weeks.

I used this app to have people pre-order made-to-order items and everything went smoothly! It was much easier to distinguish how many products to make versus demand.
This app has very useful pre-order options that I need for my online store. I was having trouble integrating them and Adam from their team helped me out! Once I had them available, I was having trouble with the buttons integrating with my theme. They weren't showing up in other sections of my store. I reached out and Adam and their team integrating everything free of charge. It helped me so much. They respond promptly and get any issues settled right away. I appreciate this app and, even more importantly, I appreciate the amazing customer service. Thank you! I would recommend this to anyone who needs Pre-order, Coming Soon, and Out Of Stock options for their store! *Edit* I have since upgraded to a new plan and needed a lot of help integrating things with my website. The customer service has been amazing. Quick responses with clear instructions. I still very highly recommend!
This app does exactly what we need it to do to alert customers when items are out of stock while allowing them to seamlessly place pre-orders. We had one small issue with our integration, but the support team quickly diagnosed the issue and implemented a solution.
This app works seamlessly with our website and has met all of our needs! We love that it lists the item as a pre-order in our drawer cart, we only wish it listed the item the same way when added from our product spotlight on our homepage, however the customer service is wonderful!

You can`t do anything in the "free" trial or version. It's pointless. Also to uninstall you have to get into the code, it's a pain. Don't even bother trying this app

We're looking for an alternative app that is simple and straight and found this app that is perfect for our needs. Mr. Adam and the team were responsive (even though we're still on the free trial period). They paid attention to our concerns and even suggested some better ways to make everything work smoothly for us. Highly recommended! Both app and support team.
Quite happy with this app. Was recommended by Shopify when the old app went. Looked at quite a few before coming back here. Glad I did. It does what we need (and a bit more), the interface is intuitive and easy to use. Support is responsive and quick to assist. Very happy.
I searched many apps that were easy and to the point and this one was exactly what we needed. I have used their customer service as well and it is phenomenal. They provided detailed to the point explanations and helped with setup. I would highly recommend this app.

Great, simple solution for offering preorder. We love how the app fits seamlessly into our store design. The mixed cart warning/pop up ensures customers read any important info, and love being able to limit preorder stock for each individual SKU. The team were very quick to respond to any questions and ensured everything was displaying correctly on our theme (the preorder badges needed a little bit of styling to not repeat on our theme), and changes to the pop up we requested. Overall very happy with this app!
If you need help communicating shipping dates in a clear and aesthetically pleasing way to your customers, you should use this App. The staff worked quickly to install the App on our site, fixing all coding issues they encountered due to our complex theme and other Apps. Their professionalism is impressive and the App works just as we hoped.
As a brand that constantly utilizes PRE ORDER, this app has it all. A constant pain point, was that our customers were ordering pre order products and they didnt know. Pre-Order Sales has a warning popup feature, a collections pre order badge, and even has the built in "notify me when out of stock" if you dont want to put something on pre order which is amazing all in one app. Plus, the developer team, went through our theme and made sure every featured worked before we launched. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
We have a LOT of pre-orders on our site, and we can't say enough good things about how this app has helped us manage those. It's by far the best pre-order app for Shopify. It's smooth, flexible, and has the perfect balance of options while being quick and streamlined to set up. Plus, the support team went above and beyond to help us integrate the pre-order functions with other "You might like" apps we have running on our site. When we asked for some design tweaks, they were instantly on top of it. We're delighted by the app, yes, but completely blown away by the service. Highly, highly recommend.
This app and it's support helped out in a pinch when my previous pre-order app decided to close up shop. They were able to adapt their app to work with my theme rather quickly, too; about 5x faster than the last app. The app assets load quickly, and the functionality works.
This is a great app. But even better, the developers are very willing to work with you to make it work with your site the way you want. And quick to respond. Highly recommended

Great app and user friendly! I sold out of a product that went viral on Tiktok and immediately needed an app to make the product available as a pre-order, otherwise we would have lost on a lot of sales. I'm so happy to have come across this pre-order app that seamlessly integrated with my store within minutes. Whenever I sent out an inquiry about a few questions I had, Adam and his team were super prompt and responsive with providing solutions. Thank you!
Love this app. I’ve used the preorder button for launching new product releases for the 1st time, it worked fantastic. Very easy to install and ready to start using. I love how it’s tied into Shopify and sets up the right functionality to manage inventory within my Shopify store. Highly recommended and I’m looking forward to using all the features.
We often do pre-orders to help smooth product flow. They are also useful as a marketing tool. Consumers tend not to read stuff! We say that an item is on pre-order in the product copy but having it much more clearly as a pre-order button and a date just below that is much more high profile. And it all goes back to normal once that date has passed. As of Oct 2021 the supply chain is a bit tricky! As a result we have several more pre-order items than normal and they all come in at different times. Bottom line - it's a neat and simple app and well supported by their team. This app has virtually everything that we have been looking for and had been asking our previous pre-orders/coming soon app for (and they never listened). These guys are pro-active and were super easy to deal with for the small customization we needed to suit our store. The app covers all aspects of Coming Soon & Pre-orders that we use it and has heaps of features. We have a large inventory and in this app we can search for product by SKU! (so many apps don't let you search with SKU and its soooo frustrating). Super clean dashboard & soo easy to use. I highly recommend this app. AAA+++
This app really is fantastic! Allowing us to ensure customers are able to reserve an item that is arriving soon ensures that we are able to retain customers through Lockdown. Highly recommended Adam was fantastic with his advice and the app interface is easy to use and understand. 5 Stars
