No Proper Support , they are interesting in getting a 5 start rating , after that no response

Thank you, Janvi, for the excellent support. She has strong knowledge of the plugin and was able to assist instantly with every query. What stood out most was that she not only answered what I asked but also guided me through additional useful features that I wasn’t aware of. Overall, her support added great value, and the service is absolutely worth the money we spent.

As a Premium Subcription customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. We reported a WhatsApp calling issue to the support team, and Ms. Namrata Salve generated a ticket for the same. As per the Premium support terms, all issues are supposed to be addressed and resolved within 24 hours. However, it has now been more than a week with no proper resolution. Despite repeated follow-ups, we keep receiving responses stating that the issue has been resolved — while the problem still remains exactly the same. There has been no concrete solution, no technical clarification, and no accountability. This is unacceptable for a service that claims priority support for Premium customers. Due to the lack of timely resolution and ineffective support handling, we are cancelling our subscription. Premium support should mean reliability and responsiveness — unfortunately, that has not been our experience.
