We are new to Ominsend, and we love it already! There is always someone to help when you cant work something out or get things wrong, the support crew are so helpful, patient and knowledgable. Special thanks to Baarath who helped me out today. We love the creativity shown in the communications and video updates too. Behind the scenes the team is always working on upgrades and innovations!

We recently moved our little (not-for-profit) Shopify based membership system over to Appstle, so as our organisation membership base grew, we could better support them. Appstle lived up to our expectations- not only did they help us migrate our membership list and set up our plans, even when some of our members (slipped through the gaps) during the test periods and transfer, they went out of their way to help us resolve the issue. When I joined up to Easy Donation, I didn't have a lot of time to workout out the location of my Donation widget. The Team at Easy Donation were great, they were quick to respond, and also very happy to help me tweek my design so it complimented my shopping cart.

Good service from Simplee team. The apps functionality with Shopify and to manage our members is good. The only downside is that the sub is our biggest recurring expense for our website - our membership is relatively small! Edit - The Simplee team read this review and have now offered us a 75% discount on the per member fee, which is awesome!
