Powerful results! We increased our checkout conversion rate by 30% and which means that our customers found it easier to work with the Sendica interface. A huge benefit is that we also lowered the cost of shipping since most of our customers now want a delivery to a box. I'm recommending it!

Quick and easy setup - you can start prompting conversations right away. What surprises most is that the bot doesn't sound like a bot and customers think they talk with real person which makes the experience more genuine. The bot can be easily educated on how to answer on more specific inquiries. Overall it can help you gain more trust in your customers and of course increase the sales.
Really happy with the APP. It works well on COD and the team is really responsive. They've helped us adjust the capabilities of the app and make the design unique to our brand. I trully recommend this app for business owners who would like to implement a post purchase offer for their clients.
