Stefan has been amazing and has shown great patience with me as I have contacted him a few times and each time he has replied very quickly (time zones factored in) Love this app I have been getting sales form using the app and makes my customer journey that much easier. The app is configured so well.... matches the colours on my website - a baby store so I love the pastel pink tones used. Thanks Stefan when I update my theme I will message you again so we can make sure it is all running smoothly as it is now. Eugene has been great. He stayed on the chat for about an hour showing me the settings for homepage and the rules. Very clear and showed much patience with me. I had a few issues and sent Max a email. I received a reply within 24 hours. The email helped me manually re-install the app and now it is running perfectly on my Shopify store. Thanks Max for your helpful instructions

Great app easy to install and use

Rhenant is fantastic. I was very frustrated trying to add the carousel to my website and through chat Rhenant did it in a matter of seconds. I added him as a collaborator and once he was on my website he changed my widgets to a beautiful blue and added the carousel. Such a great service. Everything I asked him to do was done in no time. It is very comforting to know that if i need help again and I sure I will when I upgrade my plan that someone like Rhenant (a real person is there to help me). I have the app on my shopify store. It makes me feel safe knowing that Boaz and Yuval are always ready to chat to me and help me with any chargebacks or fraudulent transactions on my website. They are just a quick video call away. Online fraud is hard to deal with, so it is great knowing that these guys are keeping an eye on my online store and are there ready to help when needed. Great app. Managed to get help from Nathan through team viewer. He helped me set everything up and spent over half an hour explaining how to use the app. I have now processed my first 4 orders with this app and have gone from hating it when I couldn't sort out how to use it from now loving it. Soooooo easy to use worth every cent. Thanks Nathan
