I recently had a great experience with Sellbrite customer service. I had errors and needed help to automatically list on Walmart, I was in contact with a representative named Sarah. Sarah was very helpful and understanding. She apologized for the inconvenience, did a Loom video showing me how to setup and connect. I am very satisfied with the fast SMS customer service I received, and based on my experience with Sarah I would definitely recommend to others.

Zero app support, my account got hacked and no help.... I don't recommend installing this. ........

The best review app out there that has 1) Fastest load time 2) Fastest response time 3) Best pricing A no brainer app with the BEST developer, I hope he develops more apps soon!!! Mow it has Chatgpt integration which is pretty cool

From the start I could tell the team behind this app weren't new to this game. They quickly installed and set up the app for us, and it literally took us maybe a day or two before the monthly app fees were covered just from shipping insurance fees we collected. App runs butter smooth, doesn't add any lag (which can not be said for some of the comparable apps), and support is quick to reply to any question. However nothing is as satisfying as opening the dashboard each day to see the growth revenue and seeing how I'm able to both satisfy our customers and still recover some of my insane shipping costs at the same time. This is an absolute must to any shopify store big or small. If you sell products and ship them, download it and have them set it up for you. You will not regret it. Excited to try order bumps!!!

This App looks clean, pricing is good, i have emailed support a question and they replied immediately.

Great app, not sure how to close fully for a specific day, like Sat we are closed and it asks for open hours Hi Fames Chocolate, thank you very much for your review!!! You can fully close a day by setting Opening Time: 00.01 and Closing Time: 00.02 :) we can set it up for you if you wish!!

I hate apps. This is the only app I recommend for DTC brands, not because it does have features like cross-selling, upselling, post purchase survey, rewards. That alone is 5 different apps... what do you want more? Though the best part of this app is the innovating collaborative feature where it makes it super simple to upsell lifestyle products to lifestyle shoppers with a win/win for both brands. If your brand sells a high-end unique product, it’s a must have. oh and customer service is the best.

Best support - we had questions and the developer called me and explained how to set up in google merchant center and on Facebook business manager. Very happy! and FYI the best app to sync with your shopping feed!

I like the ability to ship to multiple address and the ability to select delivery date, especially customer support that has been extremely helpful Thanks
