Wow! these guys rock, great CS in the middle of the night! Let's pray for peace in Europe so this company can continue to service Shopify Stores!
We use Sunder to sync our Shopify POS, Ecom and QB Wholesale invoices through Synder, Unlike other platforms, they provided us with great support and online training to get us up and running.
Unlike any app developer I've ever worked with. 1. They speak english, 2. Surprisingly responsive customer service, and 3. The App itself rocks and made our site search unbelievably faster. - RTC

Great app, a little tricky to set up but support staff is very helpful. We would recommend this app for in store "Curbside" pick up.
We spent $70 with Rontar and received 1 click. Obviously not the ROI we were looking for compared to their claims. They will not refund us and we're suspending this app.

Hi, thanks for your review and for using our app. I took a closer look at your campaign and would like to make a few comments: 1. Rontar is a retargeting app, which means that we show ads to your past visitors only. Retargeting works best if the quality of your initial traffic is high. If the quality of the traffic is very low, retargeting might not work at all. 2. If you see that your retargeting campaign is not yielding the results you were expecting, you might want to limit your target cost per click/impressions. For example, you could explicitly set your target CPC to $1. Bear in mind though, this may severely limit the number of impressions you’re getting. 3. We have already refunded the not yet spent balance on your account. We don’t refund funds already spent on advertising. Seems to be working well maybe we will see if it works once we get enough emails sent out in the next few weeks. It would be great if the response was over 2%.
Buyer Beware, Privy is a very hokey email platform. #1. Privy will not clean your list or remove bounces or unsubscribes . #2. They won't tell you any of the names that bounce, you have to manually copy each bounce you get from the IPS and remove each nam manually . #3 Our emails literally showed up in our customer's inbox in GREEK because their system fonts are not universally accepted. To top it off extremely poor tech support. These guys are not ready for prime time by any stretch of the imagination.
I used this app to help us with our annual physical inventory count. Wish they had an iPhone app, so it could sync with the store over bluetooth or an import feature to import a .csv. But short of that the app helps update your stock quickly.
Showcase is the best way for our small biz to promote our Instagram feed on our website for our shoppers !
