Showcase: Instagram Gallery

After Meta updated the display API at 2024.12.04, we had some issues with Instagram business account, but Kate from support had great communication and fixed them quickly! Really appreciated it!

Love the Showcase app! Boosted my Shopify store with stunning Instagram visuals, seamless integration. A+

I'm blown away by this app's ability to turn my Instagram feed into a shoppable masterpiece. The social proof it provides is priceless! Thank you for creating such a wonderful tool for my business.

Very user friendly and anytime we need help a team member answers in a reasonable time frame! Customers love having this feature on our site to help them shop what we post!

A really useful app for us. And when we recently need help, the Showcase team were quick to respond and helped us with our query, all got sorted on the same day we reached out. Very happy to recommend this app :)

La atención es oportuna y efectiva. Simplifica mucho la forma de taggear los productos, te ayudan haciendo mejoras a la app para que funcione perfectamente para tu negocio y supla tus necesidades.

I love this app - there was a time when customer service was hard to reach, but that has been resolved and the support is excellent. Great looking display of images, highly customizable!!

This app doesn't have any customer support anymore. I have written several times to the support team, never received any response.

We used this app when we were running a campaign for featured #hashtags. Even on the free plan, the gallery is highly customisable - you choose the posts to show/hide. The grid displays clean and neat on our webstore though we had some issues with the loading time for the images. Just once did we experience a bug of sorts where the images never loaded. Definitely worth a try if you would like to highlight multiple featured galleries on your website.

Great clean looking app, allows us to make multiple galleries to fit our needs for each page. Customer service is hassle-free. Someone is always able to answer your question.

This app does not appear to be supported anymore. I have written them numerous times as the app is no longer working without any response.

I love the app, great work and design! We choose it after we tried many other apps that did not fit perfectly to our store like this one. Good work, guys!

Installation is a breeze. Straight-forward. But we will need to monitor to see how it helps to drive traffic to our IG. Thank you. www.onlybrown.com

This app is super easy to install. Very useful if you want to create a page with UGC with add to cart feature Would recommend

I cannot even begin to describe how great this app is!! It has elevated our pdp and homepage beyond measure. James has been so incredibly helpful assisting, I wouldn't hesitate downloading showcase!

Replies so slow. So disappointed with their customer service. I was really interested to try this app if only my questions could be answered. I don't even know what to do with this app anymore because my trial is almost over but they couldn't fix my problems nor reply quickly to my inquiries before my trial ends.

The app is very easy to install and use. You can add your instagram gallery in a few minutes and plenty of customization is offered, although the standard settings are already very good looking. Translating the language used can also be very easily done which is a great feature. Finally the support team is very responsive and professional. Highly recommended.

So far so good. Easy to set up and does what it says on the tin. Easy alternative to the Shopify api no longer available.

good apps, the free plan is a good replacement solution for theme Instagram, and the paid plan definitely as good features to try.

If you're looking for an app with a FREE plan to replace Shopify's built-in Instagram feed (that Shopify refuses to fix), this is a great option! You can use the free version to replicate the old feed's functionality pretty closely. Unlike some of the other free options, this one actually includes REAL responsive functionality for the feed, so your images are still visible at a reasonable size on mobile devices, even if you have 6 columns configured for desktop. Some of the other free options I vetted simply scaled those 6 columns down on mobile, resulting in tiny thumbnails. In order to get actual responsiveness with those options, you needed to upgrade. On the contrary, this app's free version includes automatic changes to the row/column layout on smaller screens and is truly a responsive option. On another note: I had to take off 1 star because the interface where I can configure my feed kept logging me out while I was trying to set it up. So I lost an in-progress configuration 2 or 3 times and had to click the App link from my Shopify admin page to get back to it. Once it's all set up, it seems to work fine though.

Since the method baked into our theme is no longer supported by Instagram, I'm very thankful they offer the basic instagram integration for free. It works well and looks good!

Awesome customer service, easy to use, and insanely useful! Friendly team makes me positive that I'll be keeping this app or a long time coming!

Fast and efficient installation by James once again, no complaints here! (: However, it would be even more awesome if they could verify instructions with the client to make sure the installation is done according to what the client wants and requested for.

Installed this App and never looked back. The Showcase Team is very responsive and easily able to assist our store in making custom changes to ensure the App works seamlessly. Definitely a must have app for any store.

Great app! Have installed it around four months ago on four shops. Never had an issue in this time.

There are a lot of apps that allow Instagram shopping, however, most of them are poorly designed or have bad UX, both front and back end. Showcase is one of the greatest choices, winning also on the customer care level. We received great service on several occasions and got every task done perfectly without thousands back and forwards. Highly recommended!!!

NOT recommended, it changed the IG layout (right to lift) really weird and so far I couldn't fix this issue. NOT HAPPY AT ALL :(

The app is full of features and the customer service was beyond amazing. I received timely help to implement custom product galleries and help to set up a gallery on my home page

I love the app. It enables my clients to view some key jewelry pieces with the cool Instagram experience without jumping back and forth to various sites. Showcase's seamless design is awesome and James is super responsive to his clients' needs. Highly recommended for higher conversions for any type of e-commerce store. Instagram is a great platform and Showcase is the bridge between your site and Instagram! Happy selling. Sign up now and don't overthink it. Do it. Do it!!! Love it

Showcase is the best way for our small biz to promote our Instagram feed on our website for our shoppers !

Brilliant alternative where Instagram's own shopping app is unavailable or doesn't work. What has made the experience even better is the fantastic support provided by these guys (PS: I am on the pro plan of Showcase, so my support experience is vis-a-vis that).

Great app and works perfectly. I had a little trouble getting the code installed onto the Product Detail part of my page but was able to reach out to customer support and James was able to help me within minutes. Highly recommended for functionality and great customer support. Our sales have gone up using this App!

Solid app. Does what we want for a 10th of the price of the competitors with considerably better UI/UX. However, aside from a solid product, James is a true asset. He understands the Shopify themes well and was able to make a recommendation that fixed all the bugs we were having on our site. Thanks for all of the help!

Looks beautiful, works flawlessly, love the ability to have custom product galleries. :)

Great app and support! Helped us style the widgets with custom css.

Best app out there! Everything is just so easy to use and awesome customer service!

What is the point of this app ?? I simply can add my Shopify store link into my Instagram profile and any instagram visitor will simply click on the link and get into my store, prices, details and checking out ! why should I pay 29 USD for a free built in feature in instagram !!!!!!!!!

Shoppable Instagram pictures are a must have for your online store in my opinion. I've tested a few apps and Showcase by far was one of the easiest to set up without any hassle. Worked great right out the box. The customer service provided by James and his team was quick, friendly and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to make sure I had my Shop Instagram page to my liking. They went in and created a customized CSS to fit my stores color scheme. Highly recommended!

Excellent, quick response from the support team when I had an initial problem with installation - v easy to use interface.

This app is perfect. It does exactly what we want and looks great. Each time we have needed help the support has been super quick and effective. James from Showcase is amazing. The customer service is 100%

Love this app. It looks beautiful on our website and has increased sales. The Showcase team are great to work with, very friendly and responsive!

This is such an awesome app!!! So easy to use and it just allows one to be creative with its functionality. :) You must have this!

Great app! Now we can show the Instagram photos easily on our website. If we want to refresh the look, we simply choose different pictures from Instagram with one click. Another awesome thing is a possibility to create different galleries. If you have few product categories in your shop, you can pick what you want to show on particular landing pages. Love it! Many thanks to the developer!

Showcase has excellent customer support, the representative was very knowledgeable with a clear step by step process!!!

Awesome plugin. Works really well to show of all our beautiful instagram posts.

Really enjoying this app so far. I've tried just about every shoppable instagram app and this is the best. Support is probably one of the best out of any app! EDIT: I wanted some customization on the app and was having problems doing it myself. I reached out to James and he was more than helpful. By far the best customer support I've ever seen. Great communication, great work, attention to detail and flawless function! Thanks again James!

The customer service agent, James, was incredibly responsive and helpful in helping to integrate the app to my website! Thank you for your assistance :)

Great app, simple to use and awesome support got us up and running just like we needed it!

Great App, trully amazing i recommend it to everyone for shopable Instagram!!! You can customize it and do a lot of things!!!

Great free app and very easy to use!! Support was excellent with helping me install some code. I would highly recommend this app to other shop owners! www.MagnetRX.com

Really, really love this app. We especially like the way the app lets you start small yet provides you with soooo many new and innovative ways and tools to grow an Instagram following and profit from Instagram. The customer service is amazing. James quickly responded to all of our inquiries and provided us with top-notch support. Highly recommend!

Great app easy to use and integrate to any page !

It's a great app that provides the most streamlined experience of shopping an insta feed. There some things to improve but overall highly recommend.

Thanks for the prompt fix. You guys are the best!

Looks great. Easy to install. And support was awesome! Definitely go with this one.

I switched over to Showcase November 16, 2016 from another app that I was paying $100 a month. I am absolutely happy it turned out to be a better app than what I had. Thanks for the updates and the great customer service

Great app that showcases our Instagram feed beautifully. I like how t shows pictures fo the products I'm tagging so I can tag the right variants.

Excellent App, lots of personalised settings and the add to cart functions are just superb. Highly recommended! 5 stars

This app looks great on my store. James was able to help me get it exactly the way I wanted it and was super responsive to my requests. Showcase looks as good or better than the other (more expensive) Shop IG apps out there!

Incredibly fast to get installed and support staff was lightning fast at accommodating my requests to tweak it to fit with my theme. Awesome look and feel and best of all my customers love to browse the IG gallery to shop!

This app is fantastic! Really makes the website pop off the page. Increases our Instagram followers daily as well.

Amazing app. Tried at least 5 similar before settling on this, very easy and enjoyable to use, very clean interface, works like a charm, we use it daily now and no problems at all. Maybe more importantly it is amazingly useful, easily one of the top 3 apps we have ever used in terms of effectiveness. What can be more effective than displaying happy customers using your products to your potentials? Click on an instagram pic and it is instantly transfered to your product page, that simple. And the nice thing is you can also embed people who did not buy from you but using the same product you sell, thanks to the ability to search instagram by hashtags. So your product page is full of user generated content at once. Amazing. And all for this for a fraction of the price of companies offering less functionality like being not able to have more than one gallery on some alternatives. Last but not the least James is amazingly helpful, he has responded to our every special customization request within minutes, did not see a better and more responsive service ever. Thanks guys, it is a real pleasure to use your app and to know you. Keep up the good work and soon than you may think, you will be one of the bigger ones in this ecosystem

Awsome app. I wish I discovered it sooner. Very intuitive, easy to use. Support is incredible. I was able to get my problem solved within 24 hours. Extremely happy!

Thanks so much James for walking us through Showcase : ) Outstanding work!

The Showcase - Shop Instagram app not only works great, the support is above and beyond amazing! Highly recommended :)

Really pleased we went for Showcase. Tried out other apps who charge way more and are not as clean looking and easy to use and install. Showcase is fantastic for our business. Easy installation, fantastic customer service from the wonderful James who even just got stuck in and installed an infinite scrolling gallery to our homepage for us. I can highly recommend Showcase and look forward to using it daily from now. Thank you, James! www.rosiekent.com

Day 1 with Showcase and I'm already impressed! James help me troubleshoot and added great features to my website with the Showcase app. Now my Instagram feed give social proof to all my products and looks great on the website!

These guys are awesome!! I've had some glitches with making these app work with our fancy shmancy new theme but they have made every effort to get it going for us. I love the look and the ease of this app. Hoping that things will continue to run smoothly in our theme as this app is a definite keeper for anyone!

Look no further... because this app rocks! All themes allow you to showcase your Instagram feed on your homepage, but It makes no sense to show your Instagram gallery on your website without customers being able to click and shop those looks. This is a great way to curate your best customer photos on Instagram and turn them into a legit sales mechanism. Super easy to setup. And if you need any help, the support is exceptional. For the price, you cannot find a better shoppable Instagram gallery provider.

Showcase is exactly what I was looking for. I needed an easy way to create a shoppable Instagram gallery. Beyond that, I wanted my products to have custom "As styled on Instagram" galleries. James, of customer service, was phenomenal. I gave him access to my Shopify and he instantly coded custom product galleries for me. Highly recommend Showcase and am truly thankful for the great customer service!

Fantastic! A very well thought out app, love that it automatically removes tags when a product is sold out rather than sending to an error page. And the team at Showcase were super helpful, seriously fantastic customer service. Thank you!

I just downloaded this today and it is so great! It was super easy to set up, and when I needed help, someone got back to me within the half hour and was SO helpful! I'm so glad I added this feature to my site, I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to add a shop instagram page for an affordable price. Super simple too!

Super app, great way to further engage and inspire our customers!

App is awesome and the service is even better! I would highly recommend this app and thank you James for the help :)

So far, the app has worked flawlessly and has achieved exactly what I was hoping for. Beyond that, the customer service has been wonderful. On their own, Showcase took a look at my site and gave me some pointers for improvement (and even offered to help make the adjustments). Definitely recommend!

Solid sales in a short amount of time. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for a great way to engage your social audience and drive traffic to your site.

Very simple to use. Would like to be able to tag collections as well as individual products but works great so far!

So far so good I think it's very helpful to have

Your employee James Erck is the best app support person I have ever dealt with. He not only helped me, but explained everything in simple detail. I was struggling and he took my job on his hands did it for me. He is truly an amazing person and I hope you guys will progress further!

Great app, perfect for us, the product gallery feature is neat!

Absolutely love this app! It's so easy to use and I see real dollars/results from it!

Excellent App, very dynamic, but the best thing, believe me, is customer service. James is SUPER. Any little detail is dealt with in 10 minutes... FOR REAL. Check how it looks at: www.ophertyciocci.com OPHERTY & CIOCCI Luxury Vintage, Pre-Loved Fashion

Customer service is top notch! These guys have made everything so smooth and easy to use, and whenever we've had a question, it takes no time for them to respond and help us out. Even if the app itself wasn't great (which isn't the case at all - it IS great), we would give a good review based on customer service alone. Customer service A+ Showcase App: Effective A+ Easy to use A+ Very very happy customers, here!

So far so good! Took me 5 minutes to get one gallery done for my product page. This is really a nice App! The UI is well done and beautifully integrated directly in Shopify (you don't feel like you are being taken away from Shopify). I'm a designer and I'm really picky about this. It even gets addictive. You'll start searching for tags that represent your products all over Instagram and then easily mark them as shoppable. Takes literally a few seconds per image. The features list is great for the price. Some other good Instagram apps out there will charge up to 300$/month for the same features. To me, the custom gallery for each product is a must! Why show a different product in use that the one in the current product page? this would only confuse your visitors. I love that Showcase has that for only 29$ a month! I've tried a few Instagram integration and this one beats them all so far! PS: The customer support is also top notch! Quick and friendly!

Easy to configure, but it's the brilliant service from the product manager really makes me impressed with this product.

James made this process so easy for me! He went above and beyond expectation in making the shopping experience easier for my customers and myself! This App is so simple to use and has such a clean look to it! Love it! Thank you James.

So easy to use. I didnt have any experience using Shopify or the apps and I didn't have any problems. The help center was patient with me and really walked me threw it . 6 stars would better describe this app.

Love the app! It's super easy to use and creates a beautiful/functional page on our website. We installed in last week and it's already helping to boost our conversions!

We tried a few shoppable instagram apps. Showcase is fairly priced and the most aesthetically pleasing. In addition the support is unparalleled to all other apps! Really amazing, super sleek. We're very happy.

Just implemented this app and the immediate and thorough support was overwhelmingly positive. They went above and beyond and the feed looks tremendous!

Fantastic App - extremely easy to use. Outstanding customer service. Highly recommend.

A quite simple and easy to use application.

The app is perfect and the team is super helpful. I had a problem with centering the title and James was amazing. He fixed it for us. Thank you guys :)

New to this app, but really like it so far! Support is great. Quick to reply + added & customized a little carousel for our homepage.

Fantastic App! A must for anyone that uses Instagram for their Shopify business, The developers are great, they walked me through everything and made adjustments to our store to make everything works perfect. Highly recommended!

Love it! Great app - super easy install, great customer service, and customers LOVE IT!

Easy to use! Looks great! Can't wait to get everything setup!

Great app for showcasing Instagram. I appreciate the simple install.

Excellent app & awesome customer service. John was so helpful when I needed to make some adjustments to where I placed the app on my Homepage. This app is a must have!

Great customer service, very intuitive and easy to set up app.
