Visually are an excellent partner for A/B testing! We have been highly impressed by their ability to customise tests in house and by the speed at which they develop new features for experimentation. Our account manager, Katie, is exceptionally proactive, consistently providing valuable testing recommendations and offering ongoing support throughout the process. The broader team is also highly responsive, ensuring an efficient and seamless working relationship.

We’ve just implemented Rebuy and begun A/B testing parts of our site, and we’re already seeing great results! The custom designs they created fit our brand perfectly, and the setup process was smooth. Our account manager, Dante, has been especially helpful, providing valuable insights and guiding us through every step. The online support team is also super helpful - Bradley has been amazing! I am finding this app really useful in gathering valuable insights from our customers. Installation and survey set-up is easy, as it making updates to the surveys. I'd recommend.
An app to cause an issue that has been around forever that everyone has ignored until now!! Very cleverly designed for any merchant with customer care teams needing more time, it is a lifesaver.
