I love Avada team! They respond within seconds and always resolve my issues. We use their loyalty program app Joy and Review app as well, getting this Joy Wishlist app is a no brainer. Hana and Andrew helped me customize my Wishlist button today, they were amazing!
I can't thank Vignesh, Deepan, and Barath enough for their exceptional support in resolving all my complex issues. He was incredibly patient, guiding me step-by-step through each solution, and took the time to clearly explain how to set everything up in Shopify and the app to achieve exactly what I needed. His expertise and thorough explanations made the entire process so much easier to understand. This app has been a game-changer for my store, especially in optimizing our shipping settings. It has streamlined our operations and made our day-to-day tasks much more manageable. Highly recommend both the app and the outstanding support that comes with it!

Liam was very helpful and assisted me to fix some of my errors. We just started using this app but are excited to see the improvement soon.
Hana was helpful and got what I asked done quickly <3. In fact, the team Avada is awesome, I am using other apps from them as well and their customer service is top of the game. Highly recommend.

I don't get what the hype is... upon setting up the forms I encountered so many difficulties - 1. all of my answered checkboxes are not showing in submissions 2. did not receive email upon checking and entering admin configure email 3. there's no submission complete message. all my answers were erased after clicking "Submit". There should be a thank you message afterward. Spoke to cs but they have a hard time understanding me just keep repeating the same thing... So disappointed and a waste of time.

I literally installed many filter apps and ended up keeping only this one. I had a couple of customization requests for my website and emailed Cloud Search support team for them. Nikita was able to reply within 24 hours with solutions and solve all my issues! We had a couple of rounds of these customizations and I couldn't be happier with the results. Nikita is very knowledgable and responsive. I rarely have good customer support with these apps, this definitely tops my experience! Highly recommend.
