Punchout Cloud is the best app for Punchout on Shopify. We have had the app for several years and have never ever had an issue. When ever we have a special customer request that Shopify does not have as part of their platform, we go to Matthew at Punchout Cloud and he listens on what we are trying to accomplish, and will work hard to find a solution. We started with 1 Shopify store and now have 5 and Punchout Cloud was the #1 reason we were able to compete with the much larger competitors - Bottom line, Punchout Cloud has helped us grow our business. Yes, I am overly happy with this App and one reason is - We tried others and no one is as good as Punchout Cloud.

We've been using Flair badges and I'm genuinely impressed, so I'm giving them a well-deserved 5-star rating. These badges have been a great tool for highlighting promotions and new products directly on the images, which our customers really appreciate for the visual appeal and ease of identifying key features. The customer support provided by Flair has been excellent. They've been very responsive and helpful through various theme updates, ensuring the badges integrate smoothly and look great on the site. This has made it much easier to manage our online presence effectively. Overall, Flair badges are a valuable addition to any Shopify store looking to enhance product visibility and improve the shopping experience. We recently started using Fabrikatör Virtual Inventory Assistant and are very happy with it! The control center provides a clear and concise overview of our inventory and sales data. I was especially impressed with the prompt addition of a feature request to add a "Fast Selling" window to the control center. This allows us to quickly identify top-selling products and adjust inventory levels accordingly. This has saved so much time and helped make more informed decisions. I highly recommend Fabrikatör Virtual Inventory Assistant to anyone looking to streamline their inventory management process.

I am using the app to see what product variants are low in stock and to receive an email alert notifying me when they are low. I had a question about why a some sku's were not showing the inventory quantity currently and used the chat box and in less then 1 min they had cleared up my concerns. Quick and responsive, easy to work with. Love this app!

Reamaze is our third attempt at a customer friendly and user friendly Chat app. While every experience with Chat has had its challenges, Reamze has a solid onboarding process. You have to commit to reading, listening and viewing the tutorials like everything, although every question I have is in the documentation. I have had around 10 interactions with their support team and that pushed me from a 4 Stars to a 5 Stars. If you can't find or understand the need, chat their team and they are great. We started with one employee three years ago and now have 10 and continue to grow. Two words of advice, be patient - be open to new ways of doing something. OK. 10 words of advice. In getting deeper in to the documentation, I can see how this App can help our business grow from a simple chat response in to a full automated service tool.

We spent a lot of time researching Invoice Apps to add to our Shopify business and Sufio was our first choice. The options of invoice formats to select from was a plus, but the Admin interface is what we utilize every day. We can quickly download past due invoices to send via email or print in mass as needed. If/When a customer needs a statement of account, we can quickly access their unpaid invoices, download a .csv file, make appropriate edits and send to the customer in seconds. Edits to invoices are also simple, quick and easy. Our business model requires we make minor changes to final invoices after items are sold and Sufio makes it very easy for us to make the changes ourselves. If we need assistance, Sufio's support team is fantastic. Quick responses, patience in understanding the issue and a genuine interest in helping us find the solution or alternative. Lastly, 65% of our customers pay for their product after the delivery of goods. For those paying by Credit Card, the Stripe functionality available through the electronic Sufio invoice makes it a seamless, efficient way to collect payment. Sufio has been instrumental in helping us grow our business and keeping cash flow under control.
