Easy-to-use app, helpful customer service.
I have missing part of page translations. And it's not clear when my issue will be resolved. Everything used to work up until past year. But apparently not anymore.

Happy with support of this app. It's fast and people on the other side are always patient and ready to help. Also, Sales Rocket has a lot of useful features.
Easy to use and supportive customer service.
This is a good app. I finally learned how to use it (myself, indeed, despite that i needed help). But people at customers service chat should be much more knowledgeable. Seems like they don't know very well about all app functions and how they work.
