Have been using Judge.me since a month now and it has been so easy to configure it and get the first reviews from our business clients. The level of customization you can apply to the emails and their widget is fantastic and the app works very smooth without slowing down the shop. Even when I had to contact their supprt team the reply has been quick and precise and frankly even their AI agent is answering correctly to the questions I made. Highly reccomended app for shop and product reviews.

This app is very flexible and allow you to create multiple flows to engage with clients and accelerate sales even when products are out-of-stock. The support team, especially Lea, was also very responsive in providing some customization we needed to be consistent with our theme and color palette.

This app really works great and the fact that is even supporting multilanguage has been important for adopting it on our shop. It works beautifully and each label can be heavily customized. Aleksandr from their support team has beeen very responsive in helping us in finding a fix for a label not correctly displaying in the cart drawer. Highly reccomended app and developer.

This is the third app we use from Kaching developer and again it worked like a charm after the installation. It does exactly what is needed for our shop and supports wonderfully multilanguage. It even worked perfectly with other apps that changes the "Checkout" button. And last butnot least Sebastian from their support team was quick in solving a minor glitch with product label not displaying correctly. Their support has always been very responsive and precise and that is really appreciated. Highly reccomended.

That is the second app we use from Kaching and the support we got from Paulius has been great and he was really quick to solve a couple of configuration challenges we faced. The app is very intuitive and extermelly flexible in the configuration and very important for us it supports brilliantly the multilanguage shop we have. We look forward to increase our AOV with the offers we can create with this app!

This app is really straightforward and delivers exactly what we were looking for especially for the localization part as we run a multilanguage shop. But is the customer service that really impressed us. Regardless of the time zone you are in Shri will always be there to help you out very professionally and extremelly fast, willing to go the extra mile to help you personalize and customize the experience your customers will have when visiting a page where a bundle offer is displayed. We keep buying sections from this developer since 3 years and frankly we are really astonished by the quality of the product as well as of the support we receive. We really do not know where they get all these sections ideas but certainly is helping our store be always innovative and appealing to our clients. After a theme upgrade few things had problems and promptly Nikhilesh from the Support team fixed everything in a matter of 5 minutes. Easy and convinient conversation through their support chat. Being an happy customer of the Foxify Minimog theme our expectations with the Foxify page builder were high because often we must change/adapt pages in a short time. Well our expectations have been completely satisfied! The app is very intuitive and works smoothly with the theme we use and the fact that has a built-in feature to localize the pages in different languages it is really a plus for us. The many available templates are also a source of inspiration for users that do not have always a graphic expert on hand. As usual Brian, from the Foxify support team, was very quick and supportive in helping us with the onboarding and explaing some of the features we could not understand how they worked (although the help files and videos are quite a lot sometimes it's easier and nicer to chat with the developer and Foxify results always available!).

This app does exactly what it promises. A very efficient tracking way for our Swiss business clients. It offers a good level of language localization options as well as a very high level of personalization on the way the information are displayed on the tracking page. The support is also important and in the first 2-3 days of implementation both Victoria and Asha from the support team has been very responsive and quick in resolving a couple of challenges we had with CSS scripts. Highly reccomended.

Great app with a lot of flexibility when it comes to customization and multilingual support. Maxxie, Chelsea, Cady, Anna and Cara have all been extremely supportive and helpful in explaining the features along the way of our implementation that will soon go live and interfacing with the developers to fix a couple of things that were needed for the app to work seamlessly on our theme. So far so good for the app and the support team. Well done!

We use this app on our B2B shop and it just worked flawless since day first and according to the specs. But even more important is the fact that Adam provides an outstanding support when is needed. A couple of times we had glitches because upgrading the theme code and he was always ready to help us out in fixing few things. Thumbs up and highly suggested!

We use quite extensively this app and so far the experince has been really good. It is quite flexible and meet all our expectations being a B2B company running quite a lot of promos and bundles. We have deifinitively seen an increse in conversion for the product pages that have a bundle offer. What I like more of this app is first and foremost the outstanding support level provided always timely by the company representatives beyond the app. They have always been very good at explaining how to get the most out of the app and very helpful even in coding our theme to make sure the language selector was placed where we wanted.

We have been looking around for a while to get a comprehensive B2B app and I've to say that this one from BSS Commerce really has a lot to offer and, even more important, the level of support we had during the onboarding and testing phase from Annie , the technical colleagues Duong Hoa, Minh Dang, Dinh Khanh, Leorio and their Business Analyst Riley was superlative. The app offers a lot of functionalities that could be deeply adapted to our wholesaler needs, especially thanks to the developer team that promptly addressed all our concerns and questions and was always ready to adapt our theme code or propose alternative solutions.
