Navidum has been fantastic, their platform is very easy to use and it's a great way to protect both our store and customers from lost parcels or undelivered items. There's a whole suite of tools to take advantage of to also increase upsell opportunities and provide more options for customers.
Does everything you need to display accurate sales popups to customers. Great styling options help a lot too.
Have relied on their support multiple times and I can say it's the best support from any app, with immediate response every time and always able to help.
The app has good potential, but there are a several issues with this upfront. It is not FREE after the trial period, a huge misconception initially. There is no functionality to control what emails are being sent. So the system just sends bulk random emails to customers, rather than crafting targeted and intuitive emails that we are after. Some potential, but needs a lot of work to deliver.

Hi WOD Life team, this was app was acquired in 2016, and we've made massive changes since, as you can see from all the new reviews. We added newsletters back in 2016 so you can fully control the products you have in your emails as well as new controls and improved targeting with our product recommendations. We'd love it if you could consider updating your review!
Takes the pressure off updating customers status, but to what extent we haven't been able to determine. Would be happier if it could be customised in an easy manner, without the need to know HTML or CSS. Simple additions like photos of products purchased etc. Could be some long term opportunities around integrating with an "edit order" app. Where customers can log in and add / edit their order, ask questions etc. We find that its not so much of a status update that solves the problem, so may be something to look at.
These guys rock! Superb service, fast and helpful, I highly recommend this app.. A great addition to any store :)
As a store looking to establish a Wholesale Platform, this is exactly what we are after. We have looked at other available Wholesale Style apps and this is absolutely the best value for money!
