Great support received from the team whenever customer loyalty points issue arise. Recently a merged shopify customer account got messed up and Ezra made sure that the account was put back in balance and made operable again

App works for what we need, took some time to set up/have the right shopify conditions present as well. We needed to contact shopify to add calculated shipping rates because we were on a basic shopify plan (years ago). Once that was all done worked great.
Im rating the agent not the app, handled my enquiry first time fast! The app is ok but very fiddley to get it to work as required
Great App, super easy to use. Can change the look and feel to suit our store colors and themes with ease. Great support from the developer - Highly recommended.
