I have installed the app and everything seems to be working perfect so far. Mira from customer service was very helpful and very quick in assisting me to resolve an issue (my mistake) and to set up a couple of custom rules that I needed. The response was immediate and to the point. Excellent customer service! I will be playing around with the app a little bit more because there are several noteworthy options that can be utilized in our store. So far this is a 5-star review. keep up the good work!

I have just installed the app. Easy to install and set up. So far so good. The videos blend nicely with the website. I will be trying the rest of the features, but from what I have seen so far this is a 5 star app.

We downloaded the app and have working on it for a couple of days now. Of course some questions as to the setup and how it works in our live store arose. I spoke with Neva from support. The support has been wonderful not only in answering my questions and checking my setup with the Dsers application to make sure everything was set up properly, but also gave me clear and consice directions on what settings I should change in my shopify store to make things run smoothly and even assisted me with placing test orders to ensure everything was OK. I was really impressed with the quality of the support. We look forward to utilizing the app.

The support to remove the watermark was great and fast. I am just trying the app right now for the first time hence the 4 stars will be back to update after I work with it.
