Why didn't I install this sooner? Great simple little app. Would love to see future additions of email support and a separate option to add a contact form for people who choose not to use the chatbot.
Fantastic app that can be used to take the customer experience/ease of use up a level. Through this app, I was able to add in a bunch of little requests that my customers had been asking for. Also, the customer service is top notch.
Fantastic app that does what it is supposed to and does so easily. What sets it apart though is the AMAZING customer service. Whenever I need help, they fix the problem for me SUPER quick, even if it's just me being stupid lol. You guys rock!

This is an INCREDIBLE app. The way it allows me to automate tagging processes saves a ton of time. The ability to go back and tag older orders is also very helpful. Its easy to use, free of bugs, and the team provides fantastic customer service. This is the ONLY tagging app you will ever need.

The app is great, but the customer service. HOLY COW was it amazing. They worked with me and made minor changes MULTIPLE times until it was just how I wanted it. I dealt with Emma, who was AMAZING! Can't recommend this app enough, but also the developers as a whole. I also use their Pre-Order app and love it.
more than 50% of all my store orders are pre-orders, so I would be lost without this app! It is very simple and works well. The support team is also top-notch!
