We’ve been using Zipchat for some time now and it’s been a solid addition to our store. It helps handle common customer questions quickly and keeps conversations moving without feeling robotic. Setup was straightforward, the AI responses are easy to train, and it’s noticeably reduced the amount of manual support we need to do day-to-day. Overall, it’s been reliable, effective, and well worth it.
The app does exactly what we need it to do and the support behind it (getting it tweaked to display the way we wanted on our theme) has been great.

A great app for creating discount codes in bulk.
Ablestar Bulk Product Editor has quickly become one of the most useful apps for our business. It's phenomenal for managing larger product catalogs, w/ both its in-app editor and enhanced csv import/export options. After using it for a few short weeks, it's almost impossible to imagine going back to life before it. Their support is top-notch, too.
We wish we would of found out about this app sooner! It's perfect for our complicated shipping scenarios and has much more customization than the app we were previously using. Setup was a breeze as it was mostly handled for us by the Calcurates team (thanks Nik!).

We have recently installed this app to protect us in the event of data loss or other human error related issues. The install and initial backup went smoothly, and the app's interface seems simple enough. Although we're hoping we never have to use it, it's really nice to have the peace of mind that it provides.
This preorder app is easy to set up and works great. The few questions and minor tech issues that we ran into were quickly resolved by the app support team.
It's a great app that has helped us make it possible to share a lot of information in an easy to display, condensable manner.
