I really did my best to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am currenly TWELVE MONTHS into a support case that their team can't resolve. And mind you, the CEO is on the thread and fully aware of this. Numeral incorrectly filed my state taxes and can not figure out how to fix it. I would say it is not worth the headache. I hate giving negative reviews, but I gave them countless chances to correct their mistakes to this point. I am being told that I am getting premium support and full escalation, but the quality of this support is well below any standard.

Amazing insights! Actually so cool to see what sorts of cool customers were hidden in our list, BUT ALSO, the app shares really cool demographical and psychographical insights on our customers. And we can even turn these into custom audiences to bring down our ads ROAS!

WOW, blown away by this app's features, but this review is mostly for the Rebuy launch team members I worked with, Monica Neal and developer Katie Schultz. They really gave us a cart that looks and acts 20x more expensive than they charged me. For all store owners, I HIGHLY recommend getting the app and then doing the "Rebuy Launch program". They don't push the Launch program very hard, so ask about it. This will really help you go from 0 to 1 and get a converting smartcart quite quickly. Its a super high ROI investment, just make surea you take some time to form your opinion on all the features you want and write a killer brief, and the Rebuy Launch team will take it from there. This app is amazing! It's like Shopify site building but for dummies. The best part of it all though, has been the amazing customer service. They are chat service takes only a couple of minutes to respond and send me comprehensive screenshots and loom videos so that I can better understand how to use the tool and make a better website huge shout out to Leo on the customer service team who has made my life a lot easier as a Shopify site owner!
