Very quick helpful support. Besides from helping with my initial question, Susan went above and beyond with offering to set up the app layout in my store colors and a bunch of other things. :)
Great fast support. I asked for help with a simple thing but Annie went above and beyond with extra service.
The customer service is quick to help, when we had problems. Its nice that we can track our prices, and be competetive in our pricing.
The app cant even show something as basic as most popular products. How do you exspect me to believe that the rest of the app works. This is a joke. Talked to Manish that keep telling me that they have fixed the issue, when clearly they have not.

only works in english, i have danish customers so this app is useless. hope they will make it work in danish soon.

Their support is very very slow. Dont recommend this company. Its takes days for them to help us. :-(

We are truly sorry for your unfortunate experience with Stock Sync and understand that this app is critical for your business. There might be a technical issue when joining the online meeting. We are happy to explain anything in more detail or to hear from you about any other issues when you can reschedule another call. Since we are from different time zones, we are deeply sorry as during our non-working hours as our replies might delay especially during weekends/holidays.
Super usefull, easy to set up and with great service. Helped create an automatic pop up with preferences which was not found in any other apps.
