The mail i used in this app got blocked and closed without any prior notice or proper reason, when i reach out the support then the guy from theri team Enzo V. kept saying that our backend team confirmed for security reason my account will remain closed, I kept asking the reason for the same by also providing the main credential that i used to login, but still no support from their end and not proper reason for the account closure. This is really unacceptable as the user of this App I have all the rights to know what cused my account getting blocked and closed. I have mailed them last yesterday regarding for the same asking the reason but now i got no reply from them. I hope this negative review will open their eyes and they start to take their users issue more seriously. Thanks

The Google & YouTube app for Shopify works well for basic setup, but there is a major limitation with enhanced conversions and Google Ads tracking. The conversion value sent to Google Ads includes only the product subtotal and does not include shipping and tax. Because of this, the actual order value is underreported, which results in a lower ROAS in Google Ads, especially for stores with higher shipping or tax amounts. There is currently no clear option in the app to switch conversion value from subtotal to total order value. This creates confusion for advertisers who rely on accurate revenue tracking and ROAS optimization. The app is good for beginners, but advanced advertisers will need GA4 or GTM workarounds to track the real total purchase value. It would be great if Google adds an option to include shipping + tax in conversion value or clearly documents this limitation inside the app.

I'd like to give the special thanks to TINA and ROSSIE a big shoutout to them as they both helped alot at the time of onboarding and get everything done on behalf of me the support they provide was extraordinary and i really appreciate their efforts, yes while onboarding i got bumped into the issue but these guys get it fixed with their tech team on high priority, A big shoutout to their tech team also that they resolved the bug on the fly, I highly recommened this app to other merchants and for having badge, labels this is perfect app, Thanks once again and Appreciable work.

My experience with this and it's support has been great, I got connected with one of their team member named Van for the duplicate reviews issue and she helped a lot and resolved my issue on the fly, she is sucha a lovely lady and also a great support team member, Thanks a ton to Van to resolve my issue and make things work smooth for me.

I'd really like to appreciate this app for syncing products between my 2 stores of the shopify. And the on-boarding process with the support team is really seamless and easy. The support team is always available to help their customer and on top of that they do the everything from there end, which many of the support guys don't.
