I would like to start by saying customer service was superb! Answered all questions that I had, and responded in a timely manner. I was also able to get the layout I was looking for, simple and effective. Enjoying the app so far :)
Jess was so helpful, and fixed my issue!!! I love using the Judge Me app, easy to use, customer service is always fast. 10/10!!! GREAT APP!
I have been looking for an app that was easy to use, I went through over 10 apps that did not meet my needs. I am happy to have found this app. Kai and Suzy were great, and provided an option that works for me. I would definitely recommend this app. I am excited to use this app further in my store. This app is sooooo easy to use, and I have been happy with my experience so far. This app would definitely be a recommendation for others. What tops it off is the CUSTOMER SERVICE! My goodness 10/10... I literally sent back to back emails and they assisted me so quickly, you need this app! Great job to the creators of this app.
This is the first app I looked into, and I can say it offers so many features which I was not expecting. What makes it better, and I think this is most important is the customer service. The team is available 24/7 and they go above and beyond even helping if you have difficulties in any areas. Overall the features are easy to navigate, and I like the fact you are able to style the chat the way you want. I would recommend to others, it is a 10/10 for me!!!
