Not only is this a great App with the functionality to allow our customers to create wishlists, the customer service has been excellent. We requested support with installation late on Friday (UK time) not expecting a response till after the weekend. The team were on it straight away and also resolved an issue with a conflicting app. Often we get told that it conflicts and the developer basically says choose another App - not this team they went above and beyond to ensure the it worked for our site. Just started to use this app but can't fault the support so far, quick to respond and ensure they were installed in the right location.

It's early days but the developers have been super helpful. They've managed to transfer all of our transactions over for us and it was a super simple set up.

What a great app! We needed the functionality of customers being able to personalise some items within our store but we didn't need the complexity of being able to charge for it so once we came across Infinite Options it seemed to be the right option for us. Kayla took the time to help us with our installation and kept us informed along the way - now to add the options to all the products we need to. Great app and great service! Thanks again!

Absolutely love this app and the support we've received so far (without even asking for it) We've had recommendations on how to make our campaigns better along with a regular 'catch up' to see how we were getting on. It's a great way to publish information without them needing to open an email or see a social media post. Really enjoying using it so far.

The support for this app has been first class. We needed an App to provide our customers with a number of options but also give us the ability to add further options in the future. Whilst it worked with our theme we had a few teething problems but the team resolved them - kept me informed and were able to demonstrate their changes by showing me a short video clip. Love the fact they're so helpful!
