I had excellent relationship and service with Harsh who is our RM with FShip. Like all other service providers, FShip also has its issues as they are dependant on courier agencies who are not perfect. But Harsh makes a big difference. He takes initiative anD steps to ensure problems are solved. Very happy with the service

Its an excellent tool / app. We have been using it for sometime now and it gives real conversions and boost. The backend dashboard is also detailed and helps manage the account well. They are also stepping into AI based content services so looking forward to using those as well. Team is supportive and on the spot regarding query handling. Pathetic service. Totally courier supportive. They have draconian requirements from sellers. But total blindfold towards couriers services. Sellers have 48 hrs to respond. Couriers are given 2 weeks to reply. I have lost patience with 100s of escalations. This despite using their service for 2+ years and giving them decent revenue for a small organization of our size. I have moved on. Hope you guys start thinking from small biz perspective.
