I have been working with Fship for the past 3 months, and my overall experience has been excellent. Fship is definitely one of the best shipping aggregators with a great team and smooth operations. Abhay sir handle operations very smoothly and are always proactive in solving any issues that come up. Even when something urgent comes up, they make sure it gets resolved quickly. One thing I really appreciate is that Abhay sir have even supported and handled urgent work during holidays whenever required. I have also been working with Shyam sir for the last one year, and he is an amazing person to work with. He is always helpful, supportive, and available whenever there is any matter that needs attention. The bonding and coordination he maintains between clients and the company is really commendable. Overall, my experience with Fship has been great. The team is supportive, responsive, and genuinely focused on providing good service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable shipping aggregator.

Big Fraud Company - They will hold your money and block your account keeping you and your customers hanging . BEWARE FRAUD HERE
Fship is a defaulter 1.For reverse Booking-Theu say tech issue 2.For COD remittance -They say tech issue 3.For Notifications to Customers-They say tech issue My COD remittance is delayed for more than 10 days now and they say tech issue. Kindly release it on priority. I will add all screenshots of communications here on google where everything you so call them tech issue.
Fship = Fraud Ship. IF YOU WANT TO DESTROY YOUR BIG BUSINESS, USE IT. It's good for ladies running home business with 1-5 parcels daily. BIGGEST FRAUD RACKET - THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PRODUCTS AND ASK YOU FOR PACKING VIDEOS. They blocked our account so that we could not track the things properly and have no visibility to our account. 8000₹ still due on Fship in terms of stolen parcels / CoD. Air parcels delivered after 15 days within the same state of Maharashtra, forget about other states. Most of the 5* reviews are either from proxy accounts or they are using Fship to send 5-100 parcels a month, using Fship for individual shipping. Negative Finally we closed the account with Fship after 100 days. 60000₹ fake RTOs, loss of business. No reimbursement of courier charges for FAKE delivery attempt. RTOs are returned after 40 days. Fake products in RTO are common.
Using Fship from a long time, no hassel, no tension simple platform. Good POC. Good experince
I had excellent relationship and service with Harsh who is our RM with FShip. Like all other service providers, FShip also has its issues as they are dependant on courier agencies who are not perfect. But Harsh makes a big difference. He takes initiative anD steps to ensure problems are solved. Very happy with the service
Overall good. Can improve vendor support and panel functionality. Also mesagging of tracking ids to customer- can be improved.
We have experienced everything that could possibly go wrong while availing their services — delayed shipments, misrouted parcels, irate customers, and utterly clueless managers. Every interaction has been a lesson in frustration. If you and your customers wish to endure unending inconvenience, pain, and anguish, then by all means, choose them. Otherwise, steer clear for your own sanity.
They don't have a proper seller support and I used their platform for almost 2 months and the experience is really bad. Even for the cases with the FAKE remarks they don't have a proper solution, you keep providing the proofs the shipment will be marked undelivere... and later on RTO. And for some very genuine case where customer clearly said that they didn't received any call from the delivery boy and for every FAKE attempt I provided them the VOC but it was still marked as RTO and when I asked for the refund no answer from the team. You keep mailing them they won't revert. For one of my shipment pickup was done on 16th august and till now it is in transit and I asked my POC for the refund he said he is arranging it but till now I haven't received the refund. There are a few other shipments that took more than 1 month for the delivery but imagine after 1 month also fake attempts, and when asked for refund they have no answer. Guys, there are better platform in the marked please prefer them.

Fship has made my shipping process much easier. The flat-rate pricing model is very helpful in keeping my costs predictable, and the dashboard is simple to use even with bulk orders. Pickups are usually on time, and deliveries reach customers without much delay. I also like the seamless Shopify integration which saves me a lot of effort. Overall, I’m happy with the service and would recommend Fship to other e-commerce sellers.
if you are looking for shipping highly recommend to go with them . great tech and excellent support team. Also like other couiers they wont put fake discrepancies.
Very fast service, parcel was delivered on time. Packaging was safe and the delivery boy was polite. Highly recommended.
No proper customer support No one pickup call for Support team give number on website No support from agent who open account by giving fake hopes and No proper dashboard to raise tickets Even 1 start is 100000 time more than their service.

For any new company considering sending shipments with them - DON'T! Their website does not work properly, they do not resolve issues on time, they do not get back on call or emails. When they do, they assure an update that never comes. I have to explain them the issue multiple times over multiple calls again and again and they never solve it! They will take your money and give you false promises and but never solve your issue. You are much better off with shiprocket.
They are big time frauds, they'll hold your cod remittance for weeks and even redirect your COD RETURNS to their warehouse. When you tell them that the returns are showing delivered but we haven't received it, they'll just say delivered show kr rha hai. Even though vo inn logo ne apne paas mangwaliye hai. When you'll tell them to return it, they'll again come up with excuses and end up sending diaper in your return. After all this mess up, they have the audacity to shout at customer for asking the solution (which is being delayed by them) You'll get frustrated mentally while dealing with them.
