Price Increase, for what it does it is not worth the value at all. Plus, Rate US on the app, if you select 5, it brings you here. If you select 1 star, it opens a support request and does not bring you here. For that alone, I am rating 3 stars.

Claire was tons of help! Have been using litcommerce for quite a while, and its far better than any of the competitors that we have tried. So far it has been very dependable and it is well designed to have pretty great ease of use. Thank you from Brian @ Lapidary Central!

I had a major problem that resulted in my account being immediately blocked by shipstation. Regular support was no help at all and kept giving me different reasons why that were conflicting. I posted a 2 star rating here, and a manager quickly reached out and got the problem figured out and sorted with a very reasonable explanation on why; which allowed us to remedy the issue and restore our account. Thank you for the help Justin, you restored our faith in shipstation and we are glad we do not have to look at other solutions.

Had one small hiccup, support helped fast and pushed a hotfix to prevent future user error that created the bug I had. Support is friendly and fast and the app seems to function great. So far we are really liking Moosedesk.

Said nothing about added cost for multiple integrations. The monthly price quickly triples if you sell on more than one platform. Also, it mentioned video syncing for etsy. With this added feature, the price easily becomes 6-7x what is advertised as the monthly cost of this app. Waste of time.

Insanely high fees, unintuitive, and riddled with bugs. So far our store has ran into problem after problem with selling on faire. Most orders end up being a very high rate of fees with their $10 first order fee. So far we have not seen a single repeat customer. Will update this review if our experience changes with time.
