We have been using BiteSpeed for Whatsapp marketing, support and automation flows. It has been a good experience so far. The onboarding support was quick and effective. Few Whatsapp automation journeys have been game changer when it comes to customer engagement. The team is quite responsive and they listen to the concerns and requirements shared by us as we wanted to get few customizations done. Overall very satisfied so far and recommend BiteSpeed for your business needs.
Beware of their fraudulent billing. We recently installed this app and had a 14 days free trial period. Once the free trial period ended, we see they charged us for the usage charges for the past duration when the app was not even installed. Upon raising this issue with their customer support, we had to do multiple follow-ups and after one week, they agreed to waive off these usage charges. However in our latest Shopify billing, we could not see any credit provided for these usage charges. Now we will be raising this complaint with Shopify. Very bad experience.
We have been using Spur since last one month and it has been a delightful experience so far. The automation feature is incredibly useful for responding to all price queries instantly thus saving manual efforts and time. The team behind Spur is the real gem who are committed professionals always eager to help customers with a solution oriented mindset. We are eagerly looking forward to the new features in Whatsapp to scale our solution. We highly recommend Spur!

The App has stopped working for our Shopify store and there has been no pro-active communication from the developers. It seems the pricing has increased from $6.99 to $99 per month which is quite unreasonable and unjustified. We would be wary of such Apps having issues of transparency and support. Very disappointed :-(

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We had a heavy inflow of installs and traffic during BFCM which we were able to manage at the time. But since then the traffic is almost twice, hence we planned an upgrade for better scalability and traffic handling. During the upgrade, the server went down stopping the app. The upgrades are now complete and the issue will no longer repeat itself in the future. The pricing update was a mixup between our new Dedicated Server Plan(for stores with very heavy traffic) and our older plan. But the $99 charge was not applied since the app charges aren't revised once accepted.
I strongly recommend this app for those who want to merchandise their collection pages. It really gives you the freedom to create your custom sort order for each collection. Very simple and convenient to use. Their support team is awesome! I had a question on some settings and they were very patient to guide me. Will definitely continue using this app. Good service and keep it up :)
We have started using this app recently and love the features. The app simplifies the customer rewards and loyalty experience. In addition to the app features, we are delighted with a very prompt and effective customer service.
