I've been using Zepto for around 6 months or so now and initially my designer helped programme the products for me but, recently i've given it a go myself and although it was difficult to understand how everything works the support has been outstanding. Responses within a few minutes any time of the day and really helpful replies with photos and videos. Really good app for product building and it's allowed me to achieve a world first in BMX! Thanks Zepto.

Great support. Edited my widget display, talked me through setup and all very prompt responses. Great customer support. App looks really clean aswell and seems to work easily. It isn't confusing like many appointment apps.

The app has definitely saved me money in the long run but, there are teething issues. I activated DHL but get 0 quotes from them. I post a lot using Royal Mail to USA but when adding my parcel size and weight is only lets me use UPS so I have to book direct through Royal Mail after spending time checking. I have queried the issue but never found out what the problem is. Overall it works okay but I would give 5 stars if they fixed it so I get quotes from more couriers.

The support has been probably one of the best I have received from a Shopify app. No matter what hour I get instant help. It's such a great app to use also and keeps everything in one place as before I used to manually assign pre order items and it was complicated. This app is very straight forward to use. Really helpful and they will book in meetings via Calendy where you can get help with fixing any issues. Knowledgeable staff and a great app that saved me lots compared to other similar apps.

Tom helped me to set this up and when I started to have conflicts with my theme later he was super quick to help me get this fixed. He identified the error and fixed it within minutes. Tom really does know his app!

Excellent customer support. The app is really easy to use and well worth installing for free. Works well.

Terrible app. The worst for us being that you cannot increase prices when selling in store and therefore have to give away money. Online prices are usually less due to the overheads. In store we need to charge more and the app doesn't allow you to increase the price thus we lose money on each instore sale. Could be fixed so easily by the guys in tech! SO for me, you get one star.
