We’ve been using this loyalty app for about three years, and we’ve had a great experience with it. It’s quite easy to use and fits small retail businesses. We mainly use it for POS, and it works really well with the Shopify POS tile. We did experience loading issues once or twice a year, but their team was quick to respond and provide support, and the issues were resolved very quickly. A special thank you to Maya, Jackson, and Adrian for all their help and support. We really appreciate their hard work and excellent customer service!

This is a great app at a great price! I tried out two other loyalty apps before I found and decided to keep Appstle. There are a lot of customization options and it integrates easily with other subscription apps (however, I also plan to switch to Appstle for subscriptions & bundles, too). Plus, the customer support is excellent! Yatz has helped me out twice so far - once when I was first installing the app and had some questions, and recently with an email notification issue (user error - lol). Kevin helped me figure out a DNS issue when I was verifying my email domain, and Scott took care of my customer migration for me (thank heavens!). Everyone has been so friendly and helpful...and patient! Because sometimes I don't quite know how to describe an issue, so they ask questions until they get to the root of it ;) I also like that they have an annual payment option - if I know I'm keeping an app, I like to pay annually (less record-keeping!). Keep up the great work Appstle team!

I just switched over to Appstle's loyaly app and am loving it. The support provided by Appstle is top-notch. Adrian walked me through all of the options available, then updated my site for me. I really appreciate them and their team! I also use their subscription service and am very pleased with it.

Generally pretty good. It was easy to set up but it's not always easy figuring out problems on your own. BUT that's made up for with support. Support is always quick to respond and quick to resolve. I can rely on them!

It is great to be able to try the apps for free before committing to a paid plan. It has given me confidence that it is the right choice for my online store. I found it easy to install and customise. Customer service is also very good. So far I think it is an excellent fit for my needs and have no hesitation recommending it.

Great app at a very competitive price. What really stands out, though, is the amazing support team. They genuinely take the time to answer every question and carefully look into every request. Whenever something is possible, they either implement it directly or involve the development team to make improvements and ensure the app meets your needs. Yatz was extremely helpful from the start, even adjusting the position of the floating widget with custom CSS to make it fit perfectly with my store. Maya, Derek, and Taylor have since helped me further optimize my loyalty program and add several much-needed features. I'm especially impressed by how seriously they take feedback. Even bugs or more technical requests are passed on to the developers and usually resolved within just a few days. I'm very happy with Appstle Loyalty and the level of support I've received. I would definitely recommend this app to any Shopify store owner looking for a flexible and affordable loyalty solution with an outstanding support team.

Just started using Appstle Loyalty, so I can't say much about long-term results yet, but the support alone is worth the five stars. This app is great but the customer service is even better. Derek helped me today during my mini breakdown crisis. I didn't realize I had set my earnings to credit and not points. He was able to remove all the credits and restore each account to their accurate points based on past orders. I am so pleased. Thank you so much!

Its gotten noticeably better over the last year. Valuable tool and not as expensive as others. Integration is fairly intuitive. Support is good. Would recommend!

I've used a lot of Shopify apps over the years, so I try not to leave reviews that simply say “Great app, great support”. These guys deserve a bit more detail. From the moment I installed the app, the onboarding support was right there. No feeling that I needed to upgrade, pay extra or jump through hoops to get help. It was simply available. Ours wasn't a particularly small migration either. We needed to migrate and sync 100,000+ customer profiles from our previous loyalty system, configure new earning and redemption rules, and make sure the rewards and balances all lined up correctly. The support throughout was exceptional. Someone was seemingly always available. If one member of the team needed to step away, somebody else picked things up incredibly quickly. I never had that horrible experience of explaining everything again from scratch or wondering whether I'd disappeared into a support queue. What impressed me most, though, was that they didn't just do what I'd asked. While helping with the implementation, the team spotted other things on our site that they felt could improve how the app worked and the overall customer experience. They asked if I'd like them to make the improvements. I said yes, and they got on with it. That's support done properly. We've now gone live, everything is working, and I genuinely can't thank the team enough. This is also one of several Appstle products we're now moving across to, and experiences like this make that decision considerably easier. Great team. Great product. Exceptional service. Very easy five stars.

To have a dedicated team devoted to making sure that my store is successful and accomplishing the goals of increasing average order value is priceless. Yatz is AMAZING! This app has more customizable options than other loyalty program apps that I have tested, even on the free version, and the human support engineers are genuinely quick and helpful. I appreciate reaching a knowledgeable human quickly and not talking to AI.

Appstle Loyalty is very flexible and easy to customize. I was able to set up a referral program that fits my store’s needs, including custom rewards, minimum purchase conditions, and eligible products. The support team was also excellent. Maya responded very quickly, was kind and professional, and went out of her way to help me with the branding on my dedicated loyalty page. I’m very happy with both the app and the support. Highly recommended!

So far, the app has everything we were looking for, and it offers an incredible number of features. As for the support, they are able to respond to requests within a minute even late at night if needed, which is really great!

We run Rewards (and Subs) on Appstle for our dog treat brand. Setting up earn rules and redemption tiers was straightforward, and the dedicated rewards page picks up our theme colors instead of looking like a widget bolted onto the site. What sold me was the support. I asked whether the loyalty page could live inside Shopify's new customer accounts, next to our subscription portal. Taylor answered in about two minutes, offered to do it for me, then recorded a walkthrough video so I could do it myself and know how the next time. Most apps would have just done it quietly and left me dependent on them.

Had a great experience with Adrian helping me resolve a question I had about linking our social platforms to the app - they went above and beyond& beyond my expectations!

Working well so far. We migrated from a POS that had it's own reward program and we needed to attempt to recreate it. We've been able to bring over all of the points and the sytem has generated rewards coupons as expected. No problems redeeming the rewards. I reached out to support for help with synching all of our customer's store credit data and they responded and had a full customer synch triggered within a couple of minutes.

Great app, even better support - have never experienced such fast and effective technical support. Lots of loyalty apps out there, its hard to choose - but I could not be happier with my choice with Appstle! Simply amazing - you wont regret using them! (also beautfully integrates with their other apps, which are just as brilliant)
