Excellent app great customer service. Recommended

Avis modifié le 02/09/2025 : "L'application ne fonctionne plus, pas de moyen de l'ouvrir... J'aimerais bien que le SAV me contacte parce que j'ai perdu tous mes avis :O" Je recois bien les avis, mais impossible d'envoyer de mails de demandes a mes clients. Impossible egalement de prendre un forfait pour beneficier de plus d'avis et d'option. Aucune réponse du SAV. Je vais changer d'application! Modification après réponse du SAV: Le souci de changer de forfait a été résolu plutôt rapidement une fois en relation avec eux. Je trouve néanmoins que les forfaits sont un peu cher pour le service proposé. Le probleme d'envoyer des mails n'a pas été résolu par contre.

Plus de 3 jours que l'applications ne fonctionne plus sur mon site. J'ai laissé plusieurs messages dans le chat j'attends toujours une réponse. Je suis vraiment très déçu.

Really good, easy to use, good support. Recommended. Update - 2/4/25 Previously the SEO component was available for the lower paid plan but now needs to be upgraded to the $29USD - which is $47AUD plan to use this option , so that is disappointing. However I am happy with the rest of the app and its available options. It is easy to use, looks attractive in the store and a great option for a basic review app

I regret ever installing the Audien Reviews app. First off, their customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out multiple times regarding issues, and all I got were generic responses that didn’t solve anything. It’s as if they don’t care once you’ve installed the app. To make things worse, their app creates serious issues in Google Search Console, particularly with ratings and reviews. After installing, my search console was flooded with errors like: "Invalid object type for field 'aggregateRating'" "Missing required field 'itemReviewed'" "Invalid structured data for product reviews" These errors tank your SEO performance, and even after uninstalling, the errors didn’t go away easily! Searching online, I found many others complaining about the same issues. This app is more trouble than it’s worth. It promises to help with reviews but ends up hurting your business instead. Avoid this app at all costs there are much better alternatives available

This app is everything I was looking for, the customization and style are different from all the apps available. The support team was helpful when I needed to fix any issue.

Audien is incredibly practical and user-friendly! Customers find it easy to navigate, and I love that I can edit reviews or choose when to publish them. This app will ruin your store DO NOT DOWNLOAD! This is my 3rd store it has ruined on a new theme. From Shopify support. Here is what they said, Vikki here, from Shopify's Theme Support. Angelica reached out to us about your conversation with them. I've taken a look at the issue you're having with a Broken HTML error showing in your Monk theme. Monk theme 'Broken HTML' error I see what you mean Carrie! I've checked this out, and it looks like the Audien Reviews edited a theme file related to the product template, but not exactly the file required for the app installation. This seems to be something of a conflict between this app and the Monk theme. This change was causing strange behaviour on the Recently viewed section and leading to the error shown in the Theme Editor. I have 3 stores I stupidly used this app on & after spending weeks with 2 developers of 2 different themes i bought, both of the problems were caused by this app. While working on my main store this is what Theme Developers said, Hello there, Upon investigation, we discovered that the issue you are facing for your store regarding the sales is caused by the product structural data issue. As we want to let you know that the issue is happening because of the review app which you are using. As their aggregate data is not passed the Google search results as shown in the snapshot below. As this issue will cause Google SEO issues because of the incomplete product structural data. Your app has not let my stores be seen on google at all and this store I was about to shut down because it had zero traffic and no sales for months. Well, I went with Judge.me review app yesterday and got a few reviews up and had a sale on this store in less than 24hrs today. I am having to manually redo my reviews because you REFUSE to answer me or give me a csv file for the 1500+ reviews i lost for 3 stores. IF YOU DON'T WANT TRAFFIC OR SALES THEN ADD THEIR APP!!! BEWARE IT WILL RUIN YOUR STORE

This is the only review app i use, it does exactly what I want it to and is perfect. I can fully customize it to fit my brand and theme which was very hard to do in other review apps, and it is FREE. There is no risk to getting it and it has helped me out so much, you have to get it right now.

Seems like the app could have potential, but I don't want to take the time to learn how to reformat a csv file just to upload my reviews. That's more work than I believe is necessary, and I rather just pick a more efficient app. If you gave customers the option to upload reviews manually, that would also be helpful.

Audien gets the job done as a basic review solution. It has the core functionality of requesting reviews after purchase, allowing customers to leave star ratings and comments, and showing those reviews on the front-end.

UPDATED: My first impression of the app was very good, but wanted to update my review after 3 weeks of use. Also, wanted to highlight all the amazing support that I’ve received from Andy and the Audien team!! (They didn’t ask me to update my review. This is done on my own accord ) After having a play around and testing many other review apps, I ended up switching fully to Audien. It’s now my main reviews app. The reviews are displayed cleanly on the store. It looks professional, well designed and seems fast. The backend user interface is also clean, easy to use and easy to customize. It doesn’t bombard you with a million unnecessary things like in some other apps. The upload/import feature is my favourite part – especially the ability for unlimited imports, and importing ratings without comments. This was a key deciding factor for my switch. This was very important for me to consolidate and migrate all my previous reviews. Lastly, Andy and the team have been amazing! Whenever I had issues, requests, feedback or need help with CSS customization or anything else - they have been quick to respond, and helped me resolve any problems immediately. They have been very proactive, accommodating and customer-centric. Really great work! Thank you so much for all your support!! I highly recommend trying the app out and working with the team!

After a few hiccups, one of my own making, the app is up and running and looks great. The customer service was excellent and helped me realise the error I had made so that I could fix it and get all my reviews correctly imported.

I've tried almost every commenting plugin on the market, both paid and free, and I think this one is designed to be the most user-friendly and loads very fast, by far the best. It would be nice if you could remove the watermark by paying for it.
