Great app, very versatile. It works really well with no bugs or issues. I reached out to support with a question, the lovely Claudia replied pretty much instantly with the answer.

Jamie and the team at JD Auto Schedule went above and beyond with their willingness to help implement a new feature for our store. After just a coupe of calls and an App update we were able to successfully add new drop features to our weekly drop. I definitely recommend installing JD Auto Schedule, and certainly reaching out to their team if you need to tweak a feature. Compared to the other product launcher apps we tried, JD is by far and away the best.

This app has improved efficiencies with my workload. Running promos now is less labour intensive than it used to be. The support team are brilliant too. Cant fault this app.

JD Auto Schedule has been a great tool for our meal prep business. We run a weekly rotating menu, and being able to automatically publish and unpublish items has saved us a lot of time and reduced manual errors. Simple, reliable, and very effective. Jamie Derrick has also been very responsive and helpful. They’ve even made updates to better fit our needs—like allowing us to reorder products within a collection before the menu goes live, so everything appears exactly how we want it. You can tell that if you have a functionality need, they’re open to feedback and willing to improve the app whenever possible.

We have been using the app for over a year and it has worked without any issues. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT use this app — catastrophic failure during our Black Friday launch Listen, I’m usually one to give the benefit of the doubt. But what happened to us with JD Auto Schedule is so huge and so damaging that I need other merchants to learn from this before it happens to them. We integrated this app to handle sales pricing and automation for our biggest weekend of the year. It failed — massively. Pricing throughout our entire store went haywire, dozens of SKUs showed incorrect or at‑cost pricing, and we were scrambling at midnight to prevent a full meltdown. We had to pull 5,000+ SKUs, deal with 40+ vendors, and move items to draft just to stop the bleeding. We’ve now had two major catastrophic issues with this app — and yes, we stayed loyal after the first screw‑up hoping you’d fix things. But this second failure, during our Black Friday launch, is inexcusable. If you are a Shopify store owner and use this app: • Expect zero guarantee that pricing will stay correct under load. • Expect tons of manual cleanup in the aftermath. • Expect major revenue loss and reputation damage. • Assume that support will be limited and you’ll be fighting fire while your site is live. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. We trusted this plugin and it betrayed us. Move along, find another solution, or prepare for things to go sideways.

Auto Schedule has been a great addition to our workflow. Claudia’s support has been consistently excellent, quick, clear, and genuinely helpful. The new CSV import tool is exactly the kind of improvement merchants appreciate. It makes setting up scheduled promotions in bulk so much faster, especially when planning discounts or product drops ahead of time! What stands out is how responsive the team is. They listen to real merchant pain points and ship features that actually solve them. The automation works reliably; scheduled discounts, publish/unpublish tags, and timed changes all run without babysitting. If you’re looking to automate sales, discounts, and other timed updates without staying up past midnight, this app does the job really well. Highly recommended.

Easy to set up and figure out how to use. I would have liked to be able to have a countdown for just setting up a product to unpublish, however the end date has to be entered in order to use this feature - They were really helpful and explained a work around for this, and this app is going to make things a lot easier going forward!

This app suits our needs. All we need is to set a start and end date for a discount on a single product. This app suits us perfectly!

This is the worst app I've ever installed. Completely messed up my store. Put my entire store on sale. No way to edit or revert back. Had to contact Shopify support and waste time fixing it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.

Has made automating launches/closures a breeze. For smaller stores, this is a five star app. For larger stores, it could be improved with a search feature for the schedules - if you manage a large number of projects like us, it can be difficult to navigate. EDIT: (July 6 2023) The team has added a search feature that solves the issue entirely, so I have updated this to five stars! I can wholeheartedly recommend this app for stores of all sizes!!

Hands down to the awesome support i just received over the issue that arrised due to a technical fault, Claudia really helped me out in the time of need and even helped set the new schedule.

We had daily limited items in September and this was perfect. Took a star off because there were a few days where it didn't work. Customer service was great, but issue stayed a mystery.

Price increase doesn't work! i trusted it and lost Money on it. Please solve this issue. Thanks Miguel

Nice repeat fonctionnality but for me this app works every other time. Support very long to answer. I go with another app and it works greats

I use this app to create time limited discounts and tag them so they appear in a featured collection on the front page. Very easy to set up and works beautifully.

It's a good app and does what I need it to do. However when trying to add tags to launch specific products on our shop, the scheduler will not work if I am also trying to edit those products at the same time as the scheduled add time. Basically when the scheduler is supposed to be doing anything I can't be in that product with unsaved changes. UPDATE: Customer service is great, they addressed this issue quickly. Seem like the app does work to add tags while editing, but it takes some time to process the information so the tags don't update until about 20-30 seconds after the set time (depending on the amount of products being edited).

the App works well - you can trust it to remove products at a specific time. the downside is that Publish section does not differ between 'Draft' product and 'Active' product - which doesn't make sense to me as i would not want a product i work on to be loaded before i have approved it and changed to 'active'. this mean i am only able to use the 'Removal date & time' , but not 'Publish date & time', and therefore can not use the 'repeat weekly' as i need to manually publish the products.

I'm fully satisfied using Auto Schedule app on my Shopify store. It helps me in my marketing campaigns.

Trying to schedule a product every 6 weeks for discounts we run year-round was the first thing I tried to do on auto-scheduler. Even when attempting to have a product go up then down in 24 hours, then not run it again for 6 weeks, the software won't allow me to select weeks. Pretty significant bug to work out, going to have to go use something else. Hope you guys can get it squared away! UPDATE: The customer service has reached out quickly (even before I posted the original review) to try and help out with getting this squared away. The quick follow-up is helpful, and I'll post another update if I'm able to resolve the difficulty. UPDATE: The issue was resolved - it was my error - the year, month, day format is not one I have come across for when scheduling, and that tripped me up. Anyway, so far the app is doing everything I need - and it's the only one I have come across that can schedule specific products to repeat at custom intervals.

Smart App, great Support. Recommended. PS: Needs a few functional and design improvements, but they are working on it.

Finally found an app which can schedules items repeatedly based on time/date. Still alot of rooms for improvements such as multi-selections of items to ease stores with alot of products. Also, can you shift your 'HELP' button to the left of the screen or someway else, its blocking the 'Save' button.

This app is super helpful for us in setting up for upcoming collections, and saves us a lot of time on the day

We screenprint & embroider custom apparel for many different customers. We have tried a few different apps to schedule products for sale. Auto Schedule is the fastest, cleanest app we've used so far. JD has also been very responsive and helpful with our questions. If you need to schedule products for sale, this is the one to try.
