This app is brand-new, so there are some bumps in the road, but the developers are so kind and responsive that I can give it 5 stars. It has made it very easy to bulk-apply and auto-apply HS codes to even very large catalogs.

Helped us thoroughly migrate from previous report app. Very easy to use. Update 2026/6/16 - Customer Support rep Sara helped me greatly over a same-day call in resolving a unique problem. I not only highly recommend this app for stores with large catalogs that need special help, but for any store because of their speedy and knowledgeable customer support that offers chat, email and also call support.

We have been using this app for four years, and it has helped us immensely due to the amazing range of data it is able to combine. The staff are also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The one caveat is that the default templates and dropdowns don't cover all the new features/issues introduced with Shopify's new Market/Catalog system (eg. differentiate between pricing types, specify different tax/duties etc), but the staff have been helpful with creating case-by-case fixes for the past few months, and I am hopeful they will introduce more default options soon.

The new analytics page is great!

This app has made it extremely simple and safe for us to run fine tuned and complex promotions such as "spend x on x collection to receive a free y," "purchase x and x together to receive free y," "option to add premium item x with purchase of y" and others. The app developers have also added several new handy features since we began using the app (including a product tag based rule, which is supremely helpful when you have a large catalog), and customer support is very fast, which means I can confidently say this is an active app with ongoing development and support. Two caveats: - We have a very large catalog and run around 200 active offers at a time. We have not yet completely pivoted management of all 200 offers to this app yet, as currently it is time consuming to set up offers one by one in the admin. If you also have a large catalog and wish to run a large number of rules, please keep this in mind. My hope is that the app gives us the ability to bulk upload rules via csv someday. - This app works by reading cart content and adding the gift to the current cart. It cannot retroactively add gifts to existing eligible orders, and it cannot read a customer order history to add a gift to a current cart. This means it cannot handle promotions where you "add gift to orders based on fulfillment date" or "if a customer purchases a series of items, add gift to final order that completes the series." Even so, I still give this app five stars!

The developer of this app helped us set up a system that covers several niche needs, and continues to provide speedy support whenever questions crop up. Highly appreciate the people behind this app. Update 2023/09/20: This app and the team behind it is still an absolute lifesaver for us.

Has made automating launches/closures a breeze. For smaller stores, this is a five star app. For larger stores, it could be improved with a search feature for the schedules - if you manage a large number of projects like us, it can be difficult to navigate. EDIT: (July 6 2023) The team has added a search feature that solves the issue entirely, so I have updated this to five stars! I can wholeheartedly recommend this app for stores of all sizes!!

Live Chat help is extremely quick and responsive. Thanks to Hana, who helped me ASAP! The interface is also very easy to use.

The app itself works very well, and the developers are proactive about offering support, including fixing the design and other advice.

Currently offers many very helpful features for free, and customer service is very quick to help. Has saved me a lot of time adding alt text to images etc.

2021/12/28 Update: The developers have added the function to add a Shopify collection as a "look" to any selected product. This has streamlined workflow considerably for large stores such as myself. I can now wholeheartedly recommend this app for all sized stores, as well as vouch for the responsiveness and care for clients needs shown by the development team. I have updated it to 5 stars. ORIGINAL: This app is extremely useful and has led to noticeable extra sales. Customer service is also friendly and helpful. For smaller stores, I would rate it 5 stars. However, looks must be set one by one inside the app, and cannot be automated via collections/tags at this point. As such, for larger stores like mine (hundreds of new products every week) I am giving it 4 stars for now.
