Needed help setting up back in stock. It was done very quickly and efficiently.
I like seeing what people are interested in when products are out of stock. It helps get a better idea of what's moving and what's not.
STOQ is amazing. Allows me to either sell out and notify when restocked or preorder. Paul in customer support was amazing in helping us resolve issue and the online chat in shopify )(with STOQ) and QuinnAI are well worth it.
Very useful app, and easy to use. Customer care is always ready to help as well

Die App ist sehr sehr gut für Vorbestellungen einzusetzen. Wenn es Probleme mit der App inhaltlich oder visuell zum eingesetzten Theme gibt, wird einem über den Stoq-Chat sehr gut geholfen - die Personen im Chat sind wirklich sehr gut behilflich. TOP - wenn ich mehr brauche als zu Shop-Beginn werde ich mit Sicherheit auch hier auf einen Plan zurückgreifen. Sie sind ja schon sehr bemüht bei Kunden die das Produkt momentan kostenlos nutzen. Einfach SUPER die APP und die Menschen dahinter *****

I've only been using the app for a few days, and there is one thing it can't work on for us (bundles created via another app), but overall it works really well, and the customer service is amazing! I had an issue with the label not appearing in a situation and they spent a lot of time making sure it was fixed for me - thank you!

STOQ has been a great add to our small Ecomm business. It took me less than a day to get set up (without a developer!!), their support team was a great help when I needed styling tweaks, and now 5 days in we've had over $3k in pre-order sales. I'd highly recommend this app if you're looking to add pre-orders to your website!

This app is exactly what we were looking for to offer pre-orders. When we have some variants in stock, some sold out, and some on order, we can set it up so customers know exactly what to expect. We have only need to reach out to customer support a couple of times but they were quick to respond and the problems were fixed immediately. Highly recommend this app!

Best customer support ever: I was having trouble getting my preorder and restock buttons to display correctly. Defeated, I went downstairs to grab a snack and lo and behold, when I came back, Arnab had saved the day!! Somehow (Probably black magic), STOQ automatically detected that my conversation with the AI hadn't solved my issue, sent a ticket and by the time I got back, Arnab had already sent me a screenshot of my store working perfectly This is by far the most surprising and refreshing Customer Support experience I've received. You guys didn't let me down, you didn't let me hit rock bottom, you noticed something was wrong and came in at the right moment before I was actually frustrated. I'll surely be using your plugin for this reason. Thank you for making humanity better. Arnab deserves a raise. The GOAT
STOQ has been incredibly helpful and beneficial for my shop! I have one set of products for which I've been struggling to keep up with demand (because they're all hand made by me), and STOQ allows my customers to receive notifications every time I restock. In addition to this, I can see what other items people have signed up for, which helps me to decide what I should restock immediately and what can wait. The few times I have had questions, the STOQ team has been VERY quick to respond and helpful. I highly recommend this app!
