We’ve had a great experience with BIK as a platform. The journey builder is intuitive and makes it easy to create and optimize customer journeys across different use cases. We’ve also been able to build custom solutions using external APIs and other integrations, which has added a lot of flexibility. We’ve been using BIK for more than 3 years now, and it has been a great platform for managing our day-to-day customer interactions. A few things I really appreciate: • The chat interface is smooth and easy to manage, irrespective of the communication channel. • The support team is dedicated, quick to respond, and always helpful whenever we have a requirement or face an unexpected issue. • Creating and modifying Journeys is simple. They have introduced several useful features over the past year and continue to improve the platform. • We also use their AI Chatbot and AI Voice features. The AI chatbot has been particularly helpful in handling customer interactions and can even take orders for our business. The chatbot does require proper initial training and the right information about your business, but the time invested is definitely worth it. You can also keep training and improving it based on actual customer conversations. The additional features BIK has introduced for the AI bot have made it even more convenient to manage. Overall, we’ve seen BIK evolve significantly over the years, and the continuous improvements and responsive support team are what make it a platform I’m happy to recommend.

BIK has been extremely helpful in Customer engagements. The integration was seamless and provided an excellent experience to us and to the customers. The Analytics sections also provide a detailed insights and visibility into what's working and what's not working. It has also helped our agents to be more organized and reduced FRT & AHT.
Vidushi was a good onboarding manager, she ensured all flows were configured well. However tickets post onboarding take a lot of follow-up for resolution. Otherwise the tool is useful.

There is still room for improvement in areas such as reporting, analytics, and the turnaround time for feature requests and enhancements. Overall, it is a strong platform with great potential, and we look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.
The platform has been efficient to solve for our prelimiary requirements and the team has also been helpful in accomodating requests and answering queries. Even if direct solutions to some aren't available, a workaround is proposed. Especially when it comes to WhatsApp marketing, it has given us room to experiment.
