Often, these types of blocking issues are quick adjustments caused by a minor overlap with another app or a specific checkout configuration. Because we prioritize your customers' checkout journeys, Blocky is designed to be extremely careful and will only block a session when it is absolutely certain. For stores on regular Shopify plans, we offer a 7-day free trial, after which paid plans apply. We'd like to clarify that unfortunately, we're unaware of any third-party app that is able to prevent the platform's analytics from logging visits, as it records visitors at the very first moment they enter your store - before any app has a chance to load. We encourage you to test whichever app you're currently using to verify whether it's effectively blocking visitors at the Checkout level, as that's where Blocky's strongest capabilities are. I noticed you mentioned that the app didn’t block VPNs, and I’d love to clarify and assist. Did you enable the "Bot Killer" feature and test it by accessing your store through an incognito browser session? If you tested while logged in as the store admin, it’s expected that the app wouldn’t block you—Blocky is designed never to block the store's admin, regardless of their origin country or connection type. We saw that you had a misunderstanding about Blocky's pricing plans - The "Pay-as-you-go" plan is free for the first 99 visitors that visit your store and then it's 20 cents for every additional 100 unique visitors that visit your store. All of Blocky's pricing plan are clearly described in the app's listing page on the awesome Shopify App Store. We tried to contact you via email but never heard back.
