We've used Okendo for the past 5 years and recently switched to Judge.me. During the migration process, Judge.me indicated that I could import my existing reviews from Okendo, which I successfully did. Now, I need to sync those reviews with Google Merchant Center, but Judge.me is telling me that my store needs at least 50 eligible product reviews before they can send a product review feed to Google Shopping. The problem is that I already have around 300 reviews from verified buyers, complete with real names, email addresses, and purchase history. Google Merchant Center itself recognizes these imported reviews as verified reviews. If Google considers these reviews valid and verified, I don't understand why Judge.me is classifying them as ineligible. This limitation was never made clear during the migration process and has made the transition much more difficult than expected. Unfortunately, this experience has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend this app based on my experience.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry that your migration didn't meet your expectations. We completely understand how frustrating it is to import a large number of genuine customer reviews and then discover that they aren't eligible for Google Product Ratings. To clarify, this limitation isn't based on the authenticity of your reviews. It relates to the eligibility requirements for Google's Product Ratings program, which determine which reviews approved aggregators like Judge.me can submit. Unfortunately, imported reviews from other platforms aren't eligible for inclusion in the Google Product Ratings feed under those requirements. We also appreciate your feedback that this wasn't clear enough during the migration process. We've shared it internally so we can improve the experience and better set expectations for merchants migrating from other review platforms. We've reached out by both email and phone to explain the situation in more detail and let you know that we're here to help with any questions or to discuss the best path forward for your Google Product Ratings setup. Our team will be happy to assist whenever you need us.

Thank you for your feedback - we take every report seriously, especially when it affects a live store! After investigating, we found the root cause: when duplicating a product in Shopify, the "Translations" option is checked by default. If the duplicated product's content is later changed, the copied translations can fall out of sync. To avoid this, uncheck "Translations" when duplicating a product in Shopify, and let TLab handle the translation of the new product fresh. Our team worked directly with the store, identified every affected product, and resolved the issue. As an extra precaution, we also enabled our Autopilot feature for the store - which automatically keeps translations in sync whenever products are updated, so situations like this are caught and corrected without any manual work. As always - if anything comes up, we're here.

This app changes the exact URL I paste into the AI chat responses (my “Start a Return” link gets rewritten to a different link). I need the chatbot to send customers the same link I provide, without modifications. Support told me: “links that require authentication may not work consistently when shared in automated AI responses.” That’s not acceptable for a returns link and doesn’t solve the issue. Not reliable for customer-facing support.

Developer reply ·

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We truly understand how important it is for a customer-facing chatbot to send exactly the link you configure, especially for critical flows like returns. In some cases, links that include authentication or dynamic redirect parameters may not behave consistently when delivered through automated AI responses. That said, the goal is always to ensure your customers receive a stable and reliable entry point to complete their request without confusion. A more consistent approach is to use a fixed return page URL as the main entry point, where customers can then proceed through the login or return process normally. This helps maintain link stability while preserving the intended return flow. Our team can also configure the chatbot response as a fixed answer and adjust the AI training content to prevent unwanted modifications. We would genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review your setup and assist directly to ensure everything works as expected. Please feel free to reach out to our support team so we can resolve this properly for you. Best regards, Chatty Support Team

I asked for a basic feature — setting default payment terms per client. They admitted it's possible but said I’d need to upgrade to their premium plan, which is 3x more expensive. So they can do it, but they just want to charge way more for something simple. Feels like they’re forcing you to pay extra for functionality they already have, not recommended.

Developer reply ·

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration but we want to clarify that Sufio currently does not support assigning payment terms per client. This feature isn’t available on any of our plans, and it isn't just a case of restricting a functionality to higher tiers—it simply doesn’t exist in our app at this time. For this reason, we recommend managing client-specific payment terms directly within Shopify, which offers more flexibility. Thank you, however, for highlighting this need. We’ll keep it in mind as we continue to improve the Sufio app.

The app's top banner loads 3 seconds later than the other elements, making the design look unprofessional. I contacted support to fix the issue, but they insisted it was loading fine when it clearly isn’t. Instead of addressing the problem, they dismissed my concern. If you're looking for real support, this app is not the right choice.

I've been using a different SEO app since 2018 but decided to try this one because of its positive reviews. After downloading it, I had a question and reached out to customer service. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke with was unprofessional and lacked knowledge about the app. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend it. I was planning to switch from my current app to this one, but since I couldn’t get the answers I needed, I won't use it.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concerns, and I’d like to provide some direct clarification about our app and its technical design. You've mentioned you used other SEO app from 2018, those apps are using old approach to meta, that is to directly disable your backend meta and write their meta on top, This way after you disable those apps, your old meta is gone. I've send you the guide of that app in the email, we don't want to mention other app name in public, please kindly help check your email. Our app Tapita was born in 2023, we followed different approach which is safer to customers, that we don't disable your meta, but integrate with it seamlessly. Our method follow this direction from Shopify. https://shopify.dev/docs/apps/build/online-store/theme-app-extensions Since you haven't tried our meta yet, when you inspect the live website, it won't show anything, It will only shows our meta on the live page after you use our meta feature. To check for our meta, it will requires to check on the website code base and read+understand the Javascript function code, which our To get a non-tech person well understand with reading Javascript code, especially the logic code will be challenging, we appreciate your feedback and will try to educate our non-tech team more to serve customer question better. Best regards, Tapita Team

Their app doesnt translate the current content which doesnt make sense. I have over 2000 products and cannot edit manually. This is their response when I contacted them, just to let you know before you download it. "If you've manually edited translated content or used an outdated translation app, you'll need to update the target language content manually when the default content changes. Our app prioritizes existing content, so auto-translation won't override your edits. Currently, our app doesn't offer a way to bulk-remove all content; you can only delete the entire target language, which will also delete all manually translated content." Stay away.

Hi there, Going global with internationalization is not an easy task and requires considerable time and effort. The Transtore app was developed to address this challenge using cutting-edge AI technology. However, as we discussed earlier, our AI never replaces existing content created by users like you. It’s challenging to distinguish 'old data' from what you genuinely want to retain. Ultimately, the decision on your desired content rests with you, not the AI. Sincerely, Transtore Team

This app was working fine until a couple days ago. Some products have wrong translation in Spanish, French and German. When I click auto-translate it doesn't fix it. I contacted Shopify and they suggest me to manually edit but I have 2329 product pages. There is no way I can do it manually. It messed up our SEO, they don't even care about the issue. We pay thousands of dollars to them every month and this is the service we get.
