Bloop customer service is phenomenal! I love an app that works well but I cannot stress how important customer service is when it comes to having an app you plan to use long term. It is one of the things I always take into consideration before deciding if I will continue using an app. The bloop team always gets back to my messages the next day. I specifically have spoken with Grace who was an amazing help. I was having trouble with my hundreds of products not saving to my affiliate campaign I was creating. Grace kept me in the loop of what was going on and the bloop dev team was able to work to get it resolved and taken care of for me. Overall the app itself works well for a referral program and affiliate program. Good customization features as well. It's pretty straight forward to use but if you do need help then the team is good at getting back to you and helping when you need it.

Great app! We love it for both customer referrals and affiliate management. Grace from customer support is amazing, and the development team are incredibly helpful, happily customising our affiliate portal to suit our exact needs!! Definitely recommend, we'll certainly be long-term customers!

We have just started using it for our affiliate program and while it's not as robust as some it does have some pretty good features for the price. Hopefully fraud prevention will be built-in at some point. The team at Bloop has been helpful in helping us with a few minor things.

Had a quick onboarding call with Julie and she was super helpful in setting up reward program on my store. I had specific questions about 3rd party checkout integration with bloop. She patiently helped checking the process and making sure integration works seamlessly. I have raised few enhancement requests and she would discuss them for future updates. The Staff at BLP Referral Program(Quinn and Chloe) are super helpful and are available even after the closing hours at times. They do get our issues resolved to the best of their abilities and if something's falling outside their area of expertise, they engage their developers who get the job done. What a wonderful program for my customers, it encourages them on the spot to make a referral to friends. For me anyway it got a little frustrating trying to get it installed correctly, I actually got so muddled. I uninstalled it. Chloe and Eric were superb in the level of customer service. Really nice app. Not *quite* fully finished yet, but I've seen major progress made in the ~month that I've had it installed and the current version does everything I want it to. Live chat support is also wonderful and very helpful. Their documentation is good, too.

Unlike other apps we've tested, BLP is very comprehensive and allows for lots of customizations (branding, emails, referral pages, pop ups, and more).
