Cartly Slide Cart Drawer

Super helpful customer service, thank you!

We've been using Cartly for a while now and I'm very pleased with it. There's a lot you can customise, it's easy to work with, and being able to add your own CSS means we've been able to get the cart drawer looking and working exactly how we want it on our website. There are some really useful features outside the cart drawer too. I particularly like the scrolling Add to Cart button on product pages and the scrolling Checkout button elsewhere on the website. They're simple features, but they make it much easier for customers to move through the website without having to scroll back to find the next action. The cart drawer itself works very well for us. It's clear, gives customers easy options to continue shopping, view and edit their basket or go straight to checkout, and it successfully pulls in the recommended products we've already set up through Shopify Search & Discovery. We've needed some help from the Cartly team with compatibility issues along the way and they've been very helpful, including making changes where necessary to get things working properly with our website. Overall, it's a very useful and flexible app, easy to customise and backed up by a helpful support team. Very happy with it.

Been running this app for a while now and it just quietly does its job. Setup was straightforward, it hasn't caused any theme or checkout issues, and it's added genuinely meaningful revenue with zero ongoing effort from me — the numbers speak for themselves in the dashboard. As a one-person operation, "works well and never needs my attention" is the highest praise I can give an app. Recommended.

After some research the most straight-forward app with good design and customisation options. Unfortunately it messed with my cart and the whole site. Articles that were added / deleted didn't update, the entire page was slow and link reactions didn't work properly. When closing the slide cart underneath the so-far (theme) cart became visible. Customers were writing they almost hadn't purchased because the cart wasn't working correctly. So I had to delete it instantly. I wrote a message to the support team and if you manage to fix this I'd be happy to come back.

Cartly has been amazing for our store. We needed some custom options for our cart that we just couldn't build natively in Shopify, and the Cartly team worked right alongside our developer to make it happen. The cart runs blazing fast, and the results speak for themselves: our conversion rate jumped from 5-6% up to a solid 7-8%! Support is generally very easy to work with. A quick tip: make sure you come to them with clear examples of what you need if its not out the box for the cart. If you do, it honestly feels like you're getting custom development for free. We have a custom solution on that before cartly was always breaking and now it works fantastic. Highly recommend!

Zia was incredibly helpful and clear in his guidance. I had a fairly specific question about automatically adding items to cart, and he broke down the different options in a way that was easy to understand and actionable. I appreciated how he explained Product Add-ons, Upsell Rules, and Custom Rewards without overcomplicating it.

This cart does an absolutely amazing job and the dev are on top of things. I find the app to be very intuitive and easy to work with while also having a ton of customization if you work with the dev. It does everything I want it to do and have to say really helped quite a bit on conversion. I also have to shout out Val that does an awesome job!

Simple to use app with great functionality. I had a slight issue with some formatting, but the customer support was super helpful, and resolved the issue without any struggles. And it's one of few cart apps that provide the option to add the "agree to terms and conditions" checkbox, which was a vital function for us.

The service is great. I had a couple thing i wanted to change and they helped me like i was the king. Highly recommend. (Review updated 3 days later) I have had the app for several days now and immediately noticed that the shopping cart upsell works well. I have already seen on several orders that the upsell has been purchased. PS: The AI upsell is just about perfect but the upsell products can also be adjusted manually through the Search & Discovery app. Really recommend this app.

App works great for us and the customer support is super fast. We had pages built on pagefly and they set up the app to work on those pages.

It just works great, we resolve an issue with our BUY NOW BUTTON on each product of each collection. Also, the support service is very great and efficient the response very quickly.

Edit: The developer reached out and said we are not actually being charged, just approved up to the minimum tier of $9.95/30 days. I raised the score because it did work otherwise. If possible it should be updated so the free tier doesn't send an email saying that you approved charges on the free their of an App. Installed the app on the free tier and then I get an email saying I approved it at $9.95/30 days? like WTF

I found this app to help with the problem with my standard Shopify theme that kept directing visitors to the cart page without giving them an option to continue shopping. I installed this app and in 5 minutes I had it set up just as I wanted. The only help I needed, was to change one of the button fonts to all caps. I contacted support via chat and within seconds they answered (on a Sunday) and they did it for me. So I'm so far very satisfied. The app does what it says and it does without a fuss. Can recommend.

This app did exactly what I needed! I use the Venture theme but wanted to have a pop-up shopping cart. I could have had my developer spend a week writing something custom, instead I installed this app and in 5 minutes I was all set. The customer service from their team has also been excellent. Very responsive, and were able to quickly make a few custom tweaks that I needed to integrate the app into my site. Now at $15.95 a month, this is the highest priced app I have installed so far, but after using the free trial I am totally sold. If even one less person every month abandons their checkout, this app will easily pay for itself. Thank you One Click Checkout!

Unfortunately, I'm not able to use One-Click due to my subscription app not integrating with One-Click. The tech support is top-notch and extremely responsive. I have just installed this app, and being not that computer savvy, I needed help installing. Well this was done extremely quickly and executed with care. Great customer service. Now just crossing my fingers as to more sales!

Awesome app, and very very good support! I have an unusual theme so there were some issues when I set it up at first. However, I contacted the support team and they replied very quickly and was able to fix my problem fast! Since I got rid of the cart page, I'm getting much higher conversions. Recommend this app to anyone who wants better conversions, and it's free. I will be looking at some of their paid apps too.

This app can help speed up checkout funnel, and is customizable to the point where it should work with any store design. The developers were kind enough to help me and edit our code even though this is a free app - very impressed!
