Fantastic looking, just getting to know it but love what i see so far. Support was available pretty much immediately to remove the watermark, so that's a great sign!
Not functional. I have been using the app for a long time now. It regularly stops syncing statuses, requiring an email in to support to fix it. No way to do this on our own, and absolutely no indication of if/when the app will start working. Having to double check all tracking information and cross reference, order-by-order completely negates the point of paying for a automated service to perform the same. Will be uninstalling as soon as I find an alternative. (Currently I have packages "stuck" in incorrect order statuses and not updating for 2 weeks and counting - no response from support although issue reported over a week ago)

Installed app 11/14. New google tags were installed within a few days of installing app. Google ads started throwing an error the following day: "Make sure you don't miss any conversions by fixing your global site tag issues. Recommended because your global site tag setup may be incorrect or incomplete" I have emailed the devs 3 times, 11/19, 11/23 and 11/29 and have not received a response, let alone a fix. Nothing in junk mail folder either. Not just poor customer service, completely non-existent customer service. Now we have to hire somebody to go in and clean up the code they left behind. Great app, works just as it should, dead simple install and implementation. It's good enough that I'm currently shopping their other apps without hesitation.
Every app should be this easy! Super simple to set up, with great documentation and step by step videos if you need them. I have used this app for over a year, without issue. I deleted it briefly because I thought I could do it myself, but this app makes it too easy! The best part about this app is the support! I had an issue with my product microdata, Google blamed the feed, and even though it ended up being theme related and NOTHING to do with this app, their customer service (Dennis in this case) helped me discover the root of AND solution to my problem. They even went back and checked that it was fixed! Blown away!!!
Amazing customer service, brilliant app! I never write reviews because I don't want my competitor's to find out about great apps, but this one deserves it. I had several design requests, because I'm a perfectionist and wanted everything to run ideally on my site. The customer service was amazing and all of my requests were handled promptly, professionally and the changes explained in full. I've never had such a great experience before and really can't say enough. World class software, out of this world service, great job guys!
Brilliant product and AMAZING customer service. Wish everything could be this easy! I don't typically write reviews, don't want to tip off my competitors to a great product, but these guys really deserve it!
