Update: JUSTUNO was able to fix our issues and support was very helpful! We LOVE Justuno because it's free for starters and you can use transparent pop-up windows, which is fairly uncommon for free platforms! Very easy to set up and manage. I also love that it integrates with Klaviyo, Mailchimp, and google analytics. www.voltlin.com <--- check our pop-up out!
Cant target specific collections, you have to manually target each product you want to apply these functions too. When you have 500+ products, that's not economical.

Been using YotPo for a few years now. They are the best and their customer service rocks! They replied within 24 hours and were able to add a fix to my issue.
For a new business that is just starting out, a free return center app is super helpful and makes the return process a breeze for our customers! We love the Aftership Returns Center app and highly recommend it to any business, large and small.
Printful is the print-on-demand company we use the most. They are a great company but their customer service needs some improvement. I spent HOURs trying to find out the size of the inside label of the shirts they provide. The size (which they say is 3x3 inches) refers to the whole label, not the logo that you put in their pre-made label. There's no specific size for the logo size and it's not provided ANYWHERE, including the templates and size guides for the shirts. I've contacted customer support numerous times and no one can seem to help with such a seemingly easy task... *facepalm*

The app is excellent, does exactly what I need it to do and then some. The support team has also been extremely helpful and responsive.

Just filled my first order with JetPrint. They've been super helpful and responsive, typically replying to me within minutes to an hour (during business hours). Hope to do much more business with them soon!
I've used this app for close to 3 years and the service is getting worse. they've been charging me 3% of order totals for fraud protection when now they're offering 1% of orders to new customers. I HATE when companies do this. You've now lost a customer. Also, their support sucks.

This is great for getting customers over to the cart and encouraging them to check out. Overall, makes the check-out process a smoother. I tried to add an additional feature which had to be implemented by one of their Secomapp staff members. It took them 3 days just to add it, then 3 days to remove it because I didn't like the way it looked. (There is no way for you to add the feature yourself) Total, it took them 7 days and still with no refund for my money even after speaking with the "CEO". Overall they were nice but extremely slow. You get passed off as a customer and response time SUCKS. EDIT: I asked for a refund on September 15th.... Received October 6th. SAD!

That being said, I REALLY hate that they charge upwards of $20 monthly for their premium plan... JUST to have a pretty website navigation bar......... seems excessive me to me.
