I'm only using the Instant Search features, but this app works perfectly for what I needed. Very reasonably priced, and allows a ton of customization. The support has been great as well. I needed a few tweaks to get it displaying properly with my theme on mobile, and their team took care of it very promptly. TripleWhale is a great service for paid media attribution, but the recent addition of Amazon data has made it even more valuable for us. We now have a true Business Intelligence dashboard integrating all our e-commerce sales and paid media channels with relevant metrics for decision making. For $200 a month, nothing else comes close. It's great to see that they are continually improving the app with more and more features. Thanks guys!

Bad experience with this app. Was unable to connect our UPS account after more than 20 attempts. App kept giving various different error messages that were not at all clear in terms of what the issue was. We have not had any problems connecting our UPS account to Shopify, ShipStation or our ERP system. I had a Zoom call with their customer support representative, who was friendly and helpful, but also was not able to solve the problem after 20 minutes of attempting to. I was told to contact UPS, but that doesn't really make sense considering that other apps have no problem connecting to our account. In the end, it just wasn't worth my time to continue putting effort into trying to get things working, when completing such a basic function seemed impossible.

I use Drip for all my email needs and it's a real lifesaver to have this app so I don't have to mess around with code to have the integration up and running! I haven't had any issues with the connection after using it for several months and my emails are looking better than ever.

This app did exactly what I needed! I use the Venture theme but wanted to have a pop-up shopping cart. I could have had my developer spend a week writing something custom, instead I installed this app and in 5 minutes I was all set. The customer service from their team has also been excellent. Very responsive, and were able to quickly make a few custom tweaks that I needed to integrate the app into my site. Now at $15.95 a month, this is the highest priced app I have installed so far, but after using the free trial I am totally sold. Easy to setup, very fast and responsive customer support, does everything I need it to, and the monthly pricing is lower than many other product recommendation apps. So far, I'm satisfied!
