Amy Rich was incredibly helpful in helping us make use of the app's features to protect against bots and plan for future scenarios. The additional support and ability to answer our long list of questions and educate our team has been invaluable.
So far so good. I was over-run with Chinese Bots traffic and this app successfully blocked them all.
I usually do not quickly write a review, first want to use it for a wile, but after first trying an other app (which did not work very well when i tested it using VPN for different countries I had blocked) I moved on and tried this one. It worked straight away. Blocking many countries was very easy: tick them you want and block them all, no need to set up a rule per country like the other app. Support response to any questions was really fast. and very detailed so that gave me the confidence to start using this ap

My favorite app. I got it because I kept getting those emails from suspicious senders that promise to improve my site. Once I began blocking certain countries out I stopped getting those emails. I feel like what also helped was the ability to prevent certain bot crawlers from access as well. No issues anymore!

This App is amazing. I started using it on the 1st of December. It has blocked all the garbage, scrapers, bad bots, it allows countries to be blocked and so forth. It allows all the good bots, google, bing etc. We can clearly see true session patterns, bounce and conversion rates. If your site is being over run by bots these are the guys to use it is a "MUST HAVE" app. Very easy to install and use. 5 stars all the way. Thank you

I was noticing lots of hits from a certain country so I was alarmed! I thought something is wrong with this many hits. I started looking for a country blocker app and found this EB Country blocker and Bot Blocker! The interface was super easy to use and set up! If I did not understand some things, their customer service was top notch! Always getting back to me in a timely manner, answering all my questions. I feel much safer now with this app installed and helping my store. Protect your store and your customers against bots and suspicious hits! I highly recommend this app as it is the best with great customer service and value!

This is by the far the best bot blocker I have tried. We were getting hit hard and using other fraud apps from outside the US seemed to be increasing the problem not helping it. So thankful for this very intuitive app that can be specifically tailored to any level of threat.

Great app worth every penny! My page was getting slammed by bots and it was severely skewing my visitor stats and abandoned checkout rate. After about 3 days of using the app it stopped. They don't nickel and dime you for features! I tried 2 other apps before this one and they were baseline reasonable but the real blocker features were all a la carte. I highly recommend if you're dealing with bots or scammers using vpns to access your website.

Works as expected. Got prompt help from their support when I ran into an issue. It is also much cheaper than the alternatives and allows blocking a user based on IP Address, Email, and Phone. Smooth experience.

We're getting attacked by checkout bots. Amy and team took a look, and determined/verified this. Because of the way the bot is doing it, their app/solution won't solve it. But they said this and suggested alternative solutions to solve my problem, even though its not them/their service. Thats great customer service! This is a great indicator on what their software/service provides and what you can expect from support!
EasyBan helped me solve the bot traffic issue that Shopify couldn’t handle for months. Amy and David were incredibly patient and professional in guiding me through the firewall setup. Now those annoying bots are finally gone from my store. I’m so happy this long-standing problem is finally resolved. I’ll be sharing EasyBan on social media!
I contacted the app developer with a question and received a very prompt response from Amy, who was exceptionally kind and helpful. I was uncertain about how to use the app and whether it would address my issue, but she explained everything clearly and assisted me in setting it up. Sadly, I am getting lots of fraudulent orders using multiple credit card number attempts. I have FINALLY discovered this wonderful app that can not only stop fraudulent orders, but also BLOCK very beautifully the perpetrators. This is EXACTLY what the doctor ordered for my perfect solution and very happy I discovered this app!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!
This app is fantastic. I am able to block countries, bots, specific IP addresses, prevent right-clicking, saving of my images, and click and drag actions by others. I get better stats on who has visited than even Shopify gives me. I really love this app.
I recently installed the Easyban-Country blocker. The support staff is amazing (Rich) with their fast responses and detailed solutions. The features blow away my previous app. The app is most definetly user orientated. The price is right, the support is right, the product is right. No response to request for help. Wrote in a name to block, person is still creating an issue. Would think they would want to help resolve an issue. UPDATE: 6/12 Did respond and are working to help me resolve an issue UPDATE 6/13 - Would recommend now based on their response to helping. Took some time, but they did take care of the customer. Sometimes, that's all we need.
Great app! Our Shopify store syncs with our warehouse automatically, so even if we did notice something that seemed suspicious, the warehouse had usually already packed and shipped it. Now the high-risk orders are canceled very quickly, we don't need to worry about auto-ship of high-risk orders anymore.
