This APP is really great. Very easy to use and yet very intuitive and good for large scale operations. Mr. Harsh from the team was very helpful in guiding us through our queries and the whole software. A must for all D2C indian brands.

This is one of the best solution as a true logistics app that you can seamlessly use with bluedart. before this I had to do a log of manual tasks and fill the excel and upload it to bluedart to generate the labels. since the order volume has increased this app is a true gem. now I am shipping my orders seamlessly and generating labels in no time. Thankyou ILS and their in person support is really amazing never experienced this kind of support and customizations that they have done for our business is truely amazing. Been using this software for booking bluedart shipments. It integrates well through your own bluedart account with API. However we found the NDR feature to be a bit basic. Unable to share a comment with bluedart team when shipment is in NDR. Hoping for improvement here in future. Customer support and response is quick and efficient.

I would highly reccomment the app for their user friendly UI and ease. Their customer support and resolution is very responsive and truly quick. That helps immesely as time is crucial with D2C segment. Must have app for indian shipping / Logistics on shopify.

My experience with ILS has been pretty good so far. Their panel is very easy and intuitive to use, allows integration with different courier partners and most important integrates well with Shopify platform. After doing extensive research of my own on courier aggregators, I am happy to decide on ILS. Their brand tracking and returns pages are well done to get started for a small brand like ours. Chetna has been very helpful in this process.

EDIT - 2024 : We've been using this app for 7 years now and are SO happy with it - Jignesh & Chirag just helped us out further - couldn't believe the IMMEDIATE service! Excellent and highly recommend! 2017 : We just integrated the app into our Shopify store and my God, integration was just a one step process! We hit a minor glitch and got in touch with the developers immediately. My mail to them went out at 6:34 pm and I got a response from Rahul at 6:36 pm itself! It's now 7:10 and he got our app working perfectly within just this much time. AWESOME service, Jason - thanks!!! Yet to start using the app but I'm sure it will cut down our team's fulfillment time by a lot. Highly recommend!

I find this software incredibly valuable as it addresses several of my challenges: It allows me to efficiently create a bulk pickup schedule with all the essential details conveniently available in one place, minimizing the likelihood of errors. The tracking dashboard is not only well-designed but also considerate of individual requirements, providing an excellent user experience. Although accessing the support section may be a humorous challenge , scheduling a demo call has proven to be incredibly effective. During these video calls, I receive comprehensive support along with necessary details, and the team is readily available to work on any required customizations. For instance, I needed to book a shipment from Bluedart with a time-definite delivery (TDD), and they promptly activated this feature for me. This personalized attention significantly resolved a major issue for me, making my experience with the software highly commendable. In light of my positive experience, I wholeheartedly recommend this software.

I am using their return management services Very Simple, value for money product as compared to other products in the market for the Indian customers .they integrate with delivery/bludart/Ecom Express/Xpressbees and many other shipping partners. UI is basic but nice No error or bugs in the return processing

The support is amazing and they are always there to add relevant changes. The app has all relevant features which are required for a new company to have their own shipping partner rather than going with fixed panels like Shiprocket.

Good app for fulfilling and invoicing orders. We use it for our store with Delhivery. Easy to set up and they were quite responsive in making a tweak to one of the invoice formats that we wanted.
