Facile anche addestrarlo e correggerlo. Credo sia l'assistente AI più facile da configurare sullo store. Puoi personalizzare l'avatar, e sopratutto l'interfaccia cliente è semplicemente perfetta. voto 5 stelle perchè non si puo' desiderare di meglio. ASSITENZA CLIENTI RAPIDA ED EFFICENTE. BRAVI.

We’ve been using Dori on our Shopify store for a little while now and I’ve been really impressed with both the app and the team behind it. For us, one of the biggest benefits has been helping customers navigate our rug collection and work out which rug, colour and size is right for their space. The rug finder flow feels genuinely useful rather than just another chatbot sitting on the website. Even better, we’re now seeing actual results from it. Dori has already assisted 3 orders worth around AUD $1,720 in sales, which is a great result for a small business like ours. The team has also been incredibly responsive and proactive. They listen to feedback, help with setup and customisation, and are continually adding features and improving how the app works for our store. Definitely worth trying if you want AI on your store to actually help customers make purchasing decisions rather than simply answer basic questions.

We have been working with Dori on our skincare website for the past few weeks and it is so much more than a chatbot, it’s an AI sales assistant on steroids, it recommends products, explains ingredients, build skincare routines and answers customers questions. This app is one of the best I have seen on shopify. The service is so nice, it helped me with customization and didn't give up when problems seemed unsolvable. The AI integration helps customers to get answers for their questions. On the one side you can have the chat icon in the corner where AI answeres you many questions but you can also have it on your product pages where it gives additional information for each product. And this all is for free! Get it now, it is worth it

We’ve been using Dori as an AI chat widget on our Shopify store and we’re honestly very happy with it. The setup was easy, and what impressed us the most is how well the AI understands our catalog. It is one of the best apps on the Shopify App Store. Before installing it, I tried many other apps, but none of them met all my requirements except this one. It does not require manual syncing with your store. This app is a very helpful sales assistant that solves customer queries efficiently. The smartest AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, I cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

Really excellent app, with a super responsive developer team. It's a newer app, so there's been a few minor (not at all deal-breaking) bugs that I've encountered, but the developer team has been super quick to fix all the minor issues I've ran into, as well as implementing several feature requests I've made. The Dori chatbot is pretty smart, and the app's capability to add info to its knowledge-base and FAQ is pretty robust. I was initially worried because my products are pretty technical (I sell VERY niche hobby products in a VERY niche hobby), but after giving it enough data in its knowledge-base it actually answers questions about my products quite well -- maybe not AS good as me, the store owner, but honestly better than I'd expect most humans to answer questions even if trained. Also you can get the bot fully configured and do test conversations on it without adding it to your live store. So no need to launch the bot until you think it's 100% ready, which I appreciate. Editing to add, as my original review was left after just a week of use (it is now 4.5 months later): Still very pleased with this app. Their dev team continues to impress.
