it is an excellent app; we can add an individual description to each variant. Also, it supports bulk import—great support from Mircea Piturca.

Well this has to be the best tech help I have ever received. I just could not get the app to do what I wanted so contact tech support. Mircea came back to me almost immediately and said he would have a look. A few minutes later, and it was setup, not just the standard config but a tailored setup to include variant descriptions within a collapsible row. Wow.

Excellent feature for products that have different descriptions. Their customer service is great because they helped modify the functionality for features in our theme that are not native to the app.

Mircea had been really helpful in resolving some of the issues that I had with the app by guiding me every step of the way. Amazing support, and the app is working great now!

This app is easy to use, intuitive, and is built in a way that doesn’t require users to be fluent in computer jargon. Beyond the quality of the app, the customer service is truly exceptional. 10 Gold Stars! We needed to add custom descriptions to showcase our multiple option products. This app is easy to use and does everything we needed for adding a variety of variant selections for buyers to choose our products. The customer service is beyond helpful, with quick responses and polite assistance. But... I must say, we had an overly complex set up with multiple templates, multiple tabs, many variants, and a need for many customized metafields. It was beyond complicated, yet the Owner/Developer was in constant contact, helping us streamline our needs into an efficient process and developing exactly what we needed to make our product selections easy and intuitive for our buyers. No matter the challenges we threw at this app, the developer always went above and beyond with a courteous and positive attitude that made all the difference in our experience. We have used the other apps that are often featured in the app store, but they failed to deliver on many levels. Searching for a perfect app felt overwhelming, until we came here. There is no negative side to trying this app. They deliver what they promise and then go way over your expectations to help you. Even if you have no experience in setting up or using the Shopify admin, they can help you create variants and bring you peace of mind. Do not waste your time with other apps. This is the one you have been looking for. I highly recommend using this app.

A fantastic app that really helps me offer different variations with different best-before dates. At first, I wasn't sure if the app would work the way I wanted. But Micera quickly helped me! Now it's just up to my backend to provide the data so the best-before date can be displayed. No more problems thanks to this great app, and thanks to Micera's help!

Wow what a great app! We had a specific requirement displaying a custom metafield with our variants and with some help Micera put a solution in place for us that works really well. Super helpful and we are absolutely going to use the app to further customize our variants. This is a brilliant concept! Variant Description OMG solves a basic flaw in Shopify where products are build on a variant level but descreptions are not! This should be built into Shopify. Special shoutout to Mircea for taking the time to give me A+++ support!

I needed to provide product specification details that changed for each variant. There is no built-in way to accomplish this in Shopify without some significant customization and multiple metafields. Variant Description OMG is an elegant and simple way to accomplish this. My theme required some customization to have the specs display in tabs and Mircea at Variant Description was quick to respond and make the necessary adjustments. Very pleased...

An excellent app. We have a number of complex products where the option choices may not be immediately obvious. This allows us to display a clear confirmation of exactly what has been chosen, to guide customers to the right choice first time, without returns and re-orders. I have one product but with 12 variants but wanted different descriptions for each variant. This app is AMAZING and does exactly what I want it to do. Any queries were quickly sorted out by Mircea. Would definitely recommend.

Works surprisingly well. Exactly what I needed. Can definitely recommend it. Even works with my Shopify 2.0 theme and all other apps.

I needed to consolidate 10 products into 1 product with 10 variants to make it easier for my customers to easily view and add multiple items from one page to their basket. However different descriptions for each variant was beyond the scope of Shopify so tried out several apps to get around this. Having tested several solutions I found that the Variant Description OMG app was by far the best app for achieving this. I then required some additional script to enable an additional function. Mircea was so helpful and came back within hours and sorted this function out for me. Really pleased with the app and with the service. Support was very quick and helpful...! Would definitely recommend.

This app solved one of the biggest drawbacks with Shopify not natively supporting the use of variant metafields. I forgot to leave a review right after being in touch with Mircea from Variant Description OMG but better late than never. I needed to use a Variant Description function for my store to be adapted to a specific requirement and I must say it has been easy to have it done. Not to mention that it works perfectly fine. Depending on your business, variant descriptions may be very helpful to build trust with customers who always feel more comfortable when provided with precise info. The app itself is exactly what I was looking for - you can customise the description, images, tables etc. for each variant very easily, without any need for coding! Aside from the app, the support has been incredible - I had a question about adding images and Mircea replied super quickly with a detailed answer and screenshots to explain. Really great app!

This app is the perfect solution for those who want to show variant information on a single product page. We have up to 2000 products with up to 63 variants each which would have taken a long time to manually enter the fields we needed, or would have taken some serious coding. Mircea was extremely helpful and very quick to respond.

Just started using this app, but my goodness! It has provided a perfect solution for being able to add variants with different descriptions! I made some custom code that included additional tabs for our product descriptions which was interfering with the Variant Description app at first, but I contacted the developer, and Mircea customized the app to work properly and allow the use of my own coding additions! Now I have multiple tabs in the product descriptions AND different product descriptions per variant! This ROCKS! Thank you!

Best app ever! Super easy set up and use. Love that you can highly customize appearance of text and even insert images and videos. This app also uses datafetch via metafields so it doesn't slow down your page speed. The customer service is also amazing! Mircea answers you and fixes your problems straight away.
