Ilya and his team were super patient and very helpful. There were a few things that this app wasn't typically built to do. But with careful communication and patience they were able to meet our needs. Here's what we needed (9 locks): LOCK 1 - Site only visible to accepted signed in customers. LOCK 2 - Home page: clickable image catalog that lead to its own assigned page. But the lock would be that the Home page is visible to all signed in. LOCK 3 to 8 - Pages: each page was limited to one type of customer, meaning that they only saw their own company's page and no other. LOCK 9 All pages: for oversight and for specific people to be access all pages. They were able to create locks for 9 locks. 1 for oversight of all pages and 1 to lock out the general public and 7 for each individual company. Couldn't have asked for more in such a responsive team. They know what they're doing. Trust them and be very concise and clear what it is you need and have patience.

Easy to configure and use. Less expensive than other apps in this same space. Works as advertised. If you're using SparkLayer for B2B sales, Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B does not work with SparkLayer (yet).

Great Experience - can highly recommend. This app allowed us to lock certain collections only for specific user groups. I was provided short notice that I needed to hide pricing for non-logged in users and EasyLockdown was true to its name. I was easily able to hide pricing and display an alternative message linking to the login page. When I wanted to make adjustments to the way the message was displayed the EasyLockdown support helped to make it happen.

Excellent app! I wanted to lock my wholesale products so only my customers tagged with wholesale could view them, and I wanted to lock retail for those customers when they were logged in! Works an absolute charm and beats the half working code I was trying to add to my store to get it to work. It did take a little fiddling around to get it to work just how I wanted but not as long as it took me to work out code! An absolute time saver and relief to have this solution. Also their customer service is amazing! They replied right away with a fix to my question! Highly recommend!
