We had an issue with a conflicting tag that we hadn't realized would cause a problem. Easy Search's engineers reviewed the issue within a few hours - and on a weekend! They told us the culprit and suggested what needed to be changed. Rock on, Easy Search! Your engineers and customer service rock. Customer service checked in a couple days later to offer further support, if we hadn't fixed the issue ourselves. Great App and superb staff.

Super useful app. I run an American Auto-Parts site in Switzerland and there are limitations to the standard shopify product selection functions. So, we have been using YMM -EasySearch for some time. Excellent product, easy to set up and maintain, but makes finding our products so much easier for our customers. The Easy Search app was easy to install and is extremely convenient for the customer to use on our site. Customer service was excellent throughout the setup process and Alyona was extremely responsive when I reached out for help. We have used this app for many years to guide our archery customers to find the correct components for their specific arrow shaft. I'm happy to say that the service we have received from NexusMedia over the years has been excellent. Whenever we have had an issue, no matter if it's a big one or a small one, we have been able to depend on a speedy response, clear and concise communication, and a dedication to our satisfaction with the app. The most recent issue I had was swiftly resolved by Kateryna and Nina. I do recommend this app - it was a bit time consuming on the front end getting the database loaded, but the help it provides our customers is priceless, and saves us from answering the "what fits my arrow" question on a daily basis.

I have a Performance Automotive Parts store with a massive catalog. Nexus and their team have been amazing at helping me get a very good ymm search and also helping customize to my brand and needs. I am only using the basic package currently and they have done way more than I had expected. My customers can now search using ymm, then filtering down even further on next pages. They’ve also helped me set up a search by brand method that can then be narrowed down further with ymm and then even further with more filters. Tolle App für Shopify. Brauchte für meinen Shop einen zuverlässigen Filter, mit dem ich mehrere Produkte zu unterschiedlichen Modelltypen zuordnen konnte und der Kunde direkt auf meiner Seite über einen einfach Suchfilter das passende Ersatzteil finden kann. Nach kurzer Lernphase konnte ich den Filter schnell programmieren. Bei Problemen zu nicht korrekt angezeigten Filtern, wurde ich vom Support innerhalb von 10 min betreut. Der Support hat in kürze alles wichtige für mich korrigiert. Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Funktion und dem Support.

The fact this can manage that in a autonomous way is amazing. Highly reccomended.

The team at Nexus Media has really redefined what "support" means. We've run into quite a few issues with Shopify platform limitations, and even requested a customization for our specific shop. Everything was done in lightning fast time, responses were received under 24 hours even on the weekends (!), the support team accommodated their assistance to my knowledge level, so very few clarifications were needed at each step. They were kind, understanding, clear on the instructions, and always glad to help. We use this app for non-car products, and it's flexible enough to work well. Our company makes and sells fiber arts equipment; we needed an easy way for customers to find repair parts on our website. It wasn't hard to set up EasySearch for these products and parts, though they're very complicated. Website visitors have been able to find and purchase the parts they need, with fewer mistakes and hassles for everybody.
